BT Property Services has very competent & professional technicians. I submitted a maintenance request to repair a leak in our master bathroom. Langston was the tech that completed the work. He was extremely competent, professional, & effectively communicated on leak cause & repairs needed for fix. I’d recommend Langston & BT Property Services for whatever plumbing repairs needed. Very professional business!

Technician Israel Alvarez was very friendly and helpful! He answer questions I had and gave suggestions on items we asked about. Definitely recommend.

Submitted a work order through my property management company. BT responded quickly and scheduled an appointment. Michael stopped by and was able to fix our issue. Needed a new hose bib for our backyard. He was able to get a new one and install it. Highly recommend BT Property Services!!

Leroy fixed a long-standing problem in my kitchen in only a few hours. He took the extra time to replace my sink bed with new supports and wood and left it so much nicer than before. Much appreciated!
