I work for Stout Roofing, and anytime we have drywall, stucco, or really any other repair needed, they knock it out at a low price, and they always do a good job. BT Property Services were called upon to look into a sewer line issue. Not only were they very easy to deal with, between the cheerful and responsive office staff who responded proactively to set up the appointment and scheduling, to the knowledgeable troubleshooting and the hard work of Johnston (tech who came out)? This is an absolute no-brainer for us to gladly recommend their services to anyone who has experienced the "usual service". You will not be disappointed.

I as a home owner and landlord myself now renting due to some personal circumstances I can tell you BT services is phenomenal.
I am currently renting a unit and had an issue with the front door being ajar since move in. I had put the issue on my punch list and the property management company had sent multiple people to try to fix this very technical problem due to the type of door that it was. First came a handy man, very competent but in way over his head, then came a door company but they misdiagnosed the problem and were trying to implement a very expensive solution that ultimately didn't work. Then after months of going back and forth with a variety of contractors and people coming out to try to fix this door issue finally the property manager sent George from BT property services. George arrived, extremely professional, very friendly and very eager to not only fix the issue but to understand why it was happening to begin with. Being a technical person myself and having been a very handy home owner etc I clearly had input into what I thought was going on. Unlike most service people who think they know everything and that the homeowner or customer knows nothing George actually took the time to pause and listen and to try to understand the history of what other service people had done to try to fix this issue. He also was very open to my ideas as to what I thought was going on and how we could try to remedy it. This was so refreshing to me that he took the time to care, listen and truly understand the issue before trying to just put a screwdriver to something. Once he understood the issues. He applied his own in depth knowledge and educated me on how he planned on applying his techniques to fixing the door. It all made sense and I was amazed by how knowledgeable he was but also so humble and able to explain himself which no one in any profession does anymore. Well after twenty minutes George got the job done in expert fashion and fixed what 4-5 other so called professionals couldn't do in over 5mos. He cleaned up after himself and was done. His only issue is that by the time he had used his phone to research some of the problem and after a long day of work (I was his last call) his phone died so I took pictures of the final work and texted it to him! Haha I ribbed him a bit about his phone and he was on his way. I can't tell you how immensely grateful I am to BT services and especially George for being so professional, on time, effective and efficient and above all so caring, kind and friendly. They saved me a ton of money by not wasting time and ordering unnecessary parts. I would trust BT services for all my future needs and added them to my phone for the future.

I didn't catch their names but two men showed up and fixed the garbage disposal and flapper in the toilet. Very nice and very efficient.
