Excellent job!!! My cheap carpeting looks like really plush stuff now that Starr cleaned it!! They texted me when they were getting close. The technician was very polite and respectful of everything in my home. I have 3500 sq ft

The photos are the final work-product of Starr, after they quoted to repair a very small section of carpet were an office chair set and wrinkled the carpet. We simply wanted that wrinkle removed after cleaning, and we got this.

Believe it not, one of the owners was working with his laborer and left him with this butchered attempt.

Life's too short to continue the battle that I've had, but you need to know.

Starrs' reply demonstrates even deeper the problem. The pictures show their product.

Austin, if you can't do a job don't bid on it, butcher it and try to walk away. It was a wrinkle. Austin, your company demonstrated that you had the expertise to repair. No one said you would butcher it. There is absolutely no one that will look at these pictures and say that Starr Carpet did a good job, but you; one of the owners. And that's my point "work-product"; no pride, people with refined taste should not hire you.

1. The 3rd party guy, that you sent out to fix your screw-up is the guy that you should have sent out for the first quoted repair of a wrinkle. Yes, a wrinkle.

2. I won't say what he said upon reinspection, to not strain you guy's relationship, but the $450.00 quote was his estimate, to repair the wrinkle before you Austin and your laborer, butchered, the carpet.

3. If we had more carpet, to try to repair your work-product, your 3rd party fixer, said he would not do it. However, if he was called first when we had a piece of the original, it would have been about $450. That guy had faith that you Austin, would do the right thing. We've spoken and he now knows better.

4. Your butchering increased a small wrinkle in the carpet to a $1,608.07 problem. Another estimate was $1,700.

5. Your 3rd party fixer, referred the company that made the repairs at $1,608.07; on my dollar. Yes, I am fortunate to pay out of my pocket, some folks aren't.

6. Accountability is one of the cornerstones for doing business. I don't think you knew your laborer didn't have the skills for the job quoted. He butchered while you watched him finish, and then left him. Your staff employee was the wrong guy to come into my home, and he butchered the carpet. But he hated it more that you left him.

7. I was surprised to see the final product and super surprised when he told me that you were one of the owners Austin. Wow!

8. Please don't do anyone else like this. You should be ashamed young man.

If anyone truly reads between the lines of your response, it's just as clear as the pictures. Folks need information. I wish someone had told me.

Obviously, you can remove me from all the text advertisements. Austin, I wish you and Starr Carpet well.

My carpets smell so nice and look great! Very grateful to Starr Cleaning for the fabulous job Austin did in my house! Highly recommend! Easy to schedule, on time, great communication, excellent cleaning!

Starr cleaning did an amazing job on my Sectional and ottoman! I have three toddlers, and you can imagine this stains from drinks, formula, pets that were removed. Thank you for bringing my couch back to life!

Floors look so good (and they were bad—look at the pic with the clean part next to the dirty part!!!)! Jake was friendly and did a great job! Would definitely recommend. He took the time needed for our home.

Honestly I’m disappointed….I was so excited too…

I know my carpet will never look new again. I have high traffic areas but it doesn’t look like they were even cleaned…
Tech only spent 20 mins… I feel like if he would have spent a bit more time , the carpet would probably look better. I’m sure I’ll be offered for someone to come back and re do it but I don’t have the time…. I work so much and spent my day off today moving all my furniture out of the living room. Hopefully there was be some changes made and someone else won’t have to go through the disappointment like I did.

Only reason I’m giving two stars is because of the ease of scheduling, availability and the tech was nice.

Starr Cleaning timing and responsiveness is very consistent! Jake was absolutely amazing. He came in, explained the process, cleaned our carpets and some tough stains extremely well and even came back to spot clean a few areas. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Starr Cleaning does an excellent job cleaning my carpets and area rugs. Jake is always helpful in answering my questions prior to service and provides outstanding suggestions for maintaining my flooring. His expertise and courteous demeanor are greatly appreciated!

Other than the guy arriving late, service was great and he at least communicated that he was running late and why.
We were satisfied with how clean our couches and rug looked afterwards. Just wish it wasn’t so costly, though I am not sure what pricing is like from other companies so we have nothing to compare it to. But we would use Starr Cleaning in the future.

Had a great experience with Starr cleaning! My white couch was covered in stains that had set for a long time. The cleaning took the stains completely out and it looks brand new! Great customer service and no up charging, what I was quoted is what I paid! I will be using them again!

Starr Cleaning Services did an amazing job on cleaning our carpets. We actually had multiple people comment they looked new the days after. We have used other services before and they really weren't impressive, so we highly recommend using Starr! Jake was a great guy as well.

Austin did an absolutely fantastic job. They had a very quick and painless quoting process. He arrived 15 minutes early. He was a true professional. The cleaner arrived early, which I appreciated, and got started right away. He cleaned my carpet downstairs (outside) and brought it back upstairs once finished. When I asked for one area to be re-cleaned, he seemed a bit reluctant but went ahead and addressed it. In the end, he did a good job overall—the carpet looks noticeably cleaner and refreshed. I’m satisfied with the results and the timely service.

I can’t say enough good things about Starr Cleaning Services. They did a carpenter clean for me, and from start to finish they were incredibly professional, efficient, and thorough.
What really stood out, though, was their understanding and patience. I was honestly very much pre-crashout and not quite as ready as I wanted to be (moving is the worst!) and instead of adding stress, they made the entire process feel calm and manageable. That level of grace and flexibility is rare and so appreciated.
