We have been using Heavenly Scents for several months now and we are continuously impressed with their work. Eliana and Lola clean my house quickly and efficiently every month. Our home is about 2600sq. ft. and they clean it top to bottom in 2 hours.
I pick up the toys before they arrive and they don’t do laundry. They clean the rooms, bathrooms, floors (mopping and vacuuming), and clean the kitchen. I have 3 small kids and they always get every fingerprint.

When my wife and I sold our house a few years ago, we commissioned Heavenly Scent to clean the place, including the carpeting and tile floors. They did an excellent job on everything and were most accommodating in meeting our deadlines for the sale. When we moved in to our new home, we turned again to Heavenly Scent for routine service. Their prices were competitive and their flexibility in establishing a schedule that met our needs was much appreciated.

Over the years (and in many homes) my wife and I have used numerous house-cleaning services but none can match the results we have experienced during every visit with Heavenly Scent. The crews we’ve had are not only impressively thorough and attentive to detail, but they are always friendly and professional. The same can be said of the staff at Heavenly Scent HQ; they remind us about pending service a few days before and have always been courteous and accommodating. The crews work quietly (aside from vacuum cleaners, I hardly notice they are here) and, when they are finished, every surface in the house — from bookshelves to counters to mirrors to floors — is spotless. And the house smells as clean as it looks!

In case anyone is wondering about COVID-19 relative to Heavenly Scent’s services, they have implemented precautions following guidelines from the CDC to ensure both customers and crews are safe and it’s clear that Heavenly Scent takes this issue seriously, which I’ve witnessed personally as the cleaning crews go about their business. In these upside-down times, peace-of-mind is as valuable as quality service.

I have used Heavenly Scent several times, interior exterior window cleaning including cleaning my screens! Excellent job! Also, I had the young man clean the grout in my to bathrooms and the grout looks like t did when I had the tile installed! Reasonable and very efficient. I will. definitely use them again! We have been looking for a stellar cleaning service since we moved to Gilbert over 2 and a half years ago. We have been through two other services and no one has done a good job like we had with Heavenly Scent Cleaners. Maria and Guadalupe were the two ladies that came out and cleaned our house and they were amazing our house has NEVER been so clean. We moved into our home and needed a deep clean before our moving trucks arrived. Two ladies showed up in uniform and were delightful, even so sweet to my indoor kitty! It took them a little over two hours and I can't believe how spotless our home is, and they meant business! We'll be using Heavenly Scent for once a month cleaning.

We scheduled a deep clean and interior/exterior window cleaning. Sandra and Ivonne, who did the deep clean of our 5-bedroom home, were just delightful. Excellent attention to detail and a pleasure to interact with. Every area we asked them to pay special attention to was done well. The windows also look great. The price was more than fair, especially for the deep clean. If you are considering going with this company, I'd say go ahead and book it--you won't regret it!

I've been using their service for close to a decade now. This company has a great reputation. The office staff is nice and helpful. They send a reminder call a couple of days before service. The maids are prompt, efficient, and consistent. I trust them in my home. Erica is the best maid and has been giving us excellent cleaning service for years! The owners are accessible and return my emails, and they do their best to accommodate their clients needs or requests. Our family is always happy when Heavenly Scent has cleaned!

For 5 months I have had 2 professionals from this service; consistent, persistent, thorough cleaning like my mom insisted on.( which I am personally unable to mirror.) they are on time, courteous, professional, unafraid of my dogs and lovely people. I am soooo glad I found them. They and their service is worth EVERY dollar.

I was more than happy with the job that was done in my apartment. There were two women come on the time we agreed on, worked hard the in tire time. My home looked and smelled so beautiful. I also had the carpets cleaned the same day. The gentle men came after the women had finished. They were on time also.The job they did was great . The two ladies who came to my apartment today were lovely. They did such a wonderful job. I appreciate the help so much. After my sons illness and transplant I just haven’t been able to keep up with staying on top of cleaning so I truly appreciate how beautiful they made everything look in our home. I wish I would’ve asked their names so they could get the credit they deserve for exemplary service.

We have asked Heavenly Scent to help us four times altogether, twice to clean all the windows inside and out, once to clean two large couches and once to clean some specific areas of the house (stove, two bathrooms and wooden floors in main areas).

On every occasion we have been delighted.

The windows sparkled for the first time in forever; it turned out we had hard water deposits on them, no wonder I couldn't get them clean. It was worth every penny to pay extra to have them remove the hard water deposits and the guys worked so hard.

The couches look brand new now and I no longer put blankets over the back of them to make them look nicer now as I don't need to.

And the cleaning was great. I feel like I have a new stove! Both bathrooms look new too and the floors were great.

Not only has the work been to such a high standard, the cleaning teams always arrived on time and they were polite, respectful and efficient. Without exception, they have been great to have in the house and have just got on with the tasks with the minimum of disruption to the household.

The customer service staff who I've talked to by phone have also been fantastic.

I highly recommend. And I won't hesitate to ask them to help next time.

I needed someone to come out and do a last minute clean. They were by far the best price and were able to get me scheduled for the next day. From scheduling to the women that showed up to clean, everyone was courteous, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They were very informative when I scheduled and gave me an exact quote. She even when over various pricing options to make sure I was scheduling them for enough time and knew what to expect if it took longer. I scheduled them for 2 hours and they house looked great. Very impressed!
