We had two wonderful ladies, Maria and Anahi. Would highly recommend them again and we will be getting regular service moving forward. This was just a deep clean because family was coming to stay but the effort and detail they put in plus their friendly attitudes were amazing! They were running slightly behind to get to us but it was so great that the office called twice to update us on the ETA and explain, they didn’t leave us wondering and that was so relieving to know we weren’t just lost. They were only 40 mins later than the scheduled time anyway so it was not a big deal at all!

Heavenly Scent is a phenomenal company. I have had the same housekeepers for years and they are thorough and accommodating! Clearco who is also with them have power washed my patio and furniture and my indoor carpet. Also very good..I have used this company well over 10 years!

The team that cleaned my house were exceptional. Extremely detailed and completing the job on time along with very customer service oriented. The results talking an older home and making it feel new, fresh and move in ready. Without a doubt the best cleaning service I have ever had.

the first time i used fresh scent home cleaning on tues11/5,after the first 15 minutes , my apt was smelling really good and the two young ladies who came did a full deep cleaning and spent 3 hours & did an outstanding job and will be using your company again. on 10/22,25,i had used the company again for a deep cleaning due to a recent issue that i was hospitalized for 10 days and my cats did a big mess that i had to have cleaned up and the 3 ladies did such a wonderful job and making my home very clean and disinfected and smelling so good so i thank you so very much and again i will be using your company again.

I hired Heavenly Scent Professionals to spruce up my Mom's home prior to her getting out of the hospital. I mostly required floors, bathrooms and dusting. I was really pleased with how clean smelling and clean looking everything in the house was when they were finished. It looked amazing. The ladies were very nice and efficient too. I would 100% use them again. I love that she's coming home to house that is completely clean.

Had Lola, Evangelina and Eliana come clean our house today. I work from home and these ladies were so professional that I couldn’t even tell that they were here:. Great attention to detail!

This company is amazing and they are by far the best cleaning service I've ever used and I've tried several local highly rated cleaners over the past few years. I hired them for a move out clean up and the place was absolutely sparkling. I have never seen the apartment looking so clean and it was 100x better than when I moved in. All of the grime and build up around the sinks and bathtubs was gone, so I am highly impressed.

They were able to get my cleaning done last minute on short notice during a very busy time of year. They were courteous and professional by phone and they answered the phone each time I called. I will be using them again in the future and would highly recommend.

These Ladies came in uniform didn't waste time talking and cleaned our place from one end to the other like I couldn't believe. We had sold our house and the walk thru was the next day. Our house was immaculate
when the buyers came and finalized the deal.

Heavenly scent did a fantastic job cleaning my house. They hit every detail and didn’t miss a thing. I was most impressed with how clean my shower was and how they got the grime off my stove top. I added on the baseboard cleaning as an extra service and they got every square inch clean. The girls who came to my house to clean were very nice and worked quickly. I will definitely be coming back as a repeat customer.

Since moving to AZ, I’ve used Heavenly Scent and they are the best cleaning service I’ve ever had! The customer service is stellar! Due to my work schedule, I sometimes have to change cleaning dates and they are so accommodating! The cleaning crews are always so detailed which I really appreciate! I’m super grateful to have found them!

Website is very detailed, all services are listed individually and prices are posted which makes it easier to decide on the service you want. Jason was professional and did an excellent job! I only had my sectional cleaned but will definitely get additional services (tile cleaning) done by them. The sectional looks almost new again! 😁

9/18/2025 - my lovely team was here again and did a great job on my Home and whenever I do not have them clean my second bedroom that I use is my home office since I work at home my house is pretty much done with a pre-clean so they have all the floors and surface areas ready for them so then they do extra stuff for me to make up for the time because they finish early so I so appreciate them there. They come like clockwork they never cancel And I appreciate them. Appreciate that they let me know in advance if they’re running late or Accept them coming at a later time and that’s usually fine with me because they come on a day off so I recommend Heavenly Scent Professionals.

8/21/2025 - i’m just depending this visit to this review: Yasmin and Esperanza have been with me for over 3 years now and I try to do a pre-clean. I’ve had a weight loss surgery and at least my toilet very messy so I always make the toilet spotless. I try to pick up the clutter and I try to make my house as easy for them as possible. You guys are very pricey for me, but they do a good job and they’re kind of like family for me so I will always make time for them if I have a catastrophe I usually have to skip a month because it’s like $200 a month with tip almost that so I recently had just skipped because I was in a car accident and owed 800 $1800 but I make it up to them in tips. These women are just wonderful reliable and I do recommend this team and Company. I’ve already tipped them so I’m not gonna add in extra.

I just moved into my new house year a half ago and it was a big huge change in my life I hadn’t planned on being a homeowner and kind of got pushed into buying a house I wasn’t ready for my mom had died and so my depression was at an all-time high so it was hard to keep up with the place. I finally got all my boxes and cleaned out a bunch of stuff and purged and I finally got ready to have the house cleaned and I was at a point in my life where I can maintain it myself and just have periodic housecleaning by cleaning crew and I’m going to maintain it with These heavenly scented angels. I’m not telling you who my team is because I don’t want them get to get overbooked. The house looks as clean as it was when I moved in so I’m very pleased with their service. I strongly recommend the heavenly scented professionals.

Maria and Amelia are exceptional at their jobs. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were not only friendly but also enthusiastic about getting the job done. They were professional, friendly, and extremely thorough—every room was spotless, and they paid attention to details that often get overlooked. Our house felt fresh, organized, and truly cared for when they were done. This was our second time using Reach Window Cleaning and once again, they did a fantastic job! Nathan cleaned all our windows and screens and he did it quickly and did a great job.
