Seth and Ryan were easy to work with, showed up on time and were quick to communicate. I wished there was a little more wiggle room on pricing but they offer a discount if you cash pay. I also didn’t seem to get all of the perks from the Instagram ad that I saw, but that didn’t deter me from working with them.

Update - after 1 day of having the screens installed, the difference is heat is noticeable! I got the 90% and I can still see out fine, it’s a littler darker in my kitchen but not as hot by any means.

Ask for Nathan!!! We had our windows cleaned after buying a home. House has never had a window cleaning since it was built (90s) so you can imagine the amount of dirt on the exterior and interior. Nathan scrubbed them until they were crystal clear. Seriously very thorough work. The man is amazing!!! Takes his job very seriously and his attention to detail and care is top notch. Jeremiah did a phenomenal job on our windows and screens. He was exceptionally prompt, incredibly courteous, and cheerfully re-cleaned an area of a window I was particular about.

Outstanding customer service and excellent cleanup. I am highly impressed with Thee Window Ninjas. Everyone needs a Ninja to protect their storefront image. and followed up with the inside. He took his time and they look great.

Update: I have used the company for 4 yrs including purchasing the 90% UV screens which will last 10 yrs. Over the 4 yrs the expensive screens have gotten dirtier and could see swipe marks. Each time I questioned why they were getting worse and they told me because of the rain and dirt in AZ. Well after the last 2/3 times they supposedly cleaned them with a towel NO WATER OR SOAP. I had enough and wanted a second opinion. Well this new company gave me a free sample of what they all could look like if they were cleaned correctly. As well, they confirmed they should last 10 yrs even being close to a mountain. As you can see in the pic Reach was NOT doing what they promised. I contacted Tawney and she was demeaning and said no reimbursement would be given even though I sent the pic to show Malachi did not do what he should have which is to clean a screen with soap and water. In other words, they did not back behind their word and therefore if I could give a zero star I would. Really bad customer service.

Excellent experience overall. Great communication, super competitive pricing, excellent work quality and on time. Andrew was personable, professional and conscientious and I will use him again next time we clean our windows. A business that you can trust to do a great job!

Updated 2023 still awesome! Customer service is exceptional from start to finish. Response to interest, appt time, appt reminders then a text from window tech saying he was in his way. 10 mins early did an amazing job. Windows sparkle. Andrew was clean, personable and very polite. l will definately use them again and strongly recommend.

Reach Window installed our Christmas lights this year and they did a fantastic job. They were timely in their initial response and gave us plenty of options. They also were readily available for installation and got everything done in under 2 hours.

Hung Christmas lights for us and I’m amazed by the professionalism and responsiveness. They were able to provide a quote which was accurate and follow through on the installation was great! Totally would use them again next year.

I contacted this company to wash my exterior windows after some rains we had. They did an excellent job. Within the seven day period after a cleaning, we had more rain. I called to have them come back and they did. I highly recommend their window cleaning services.
