We felt the Company runs a very professional operation from the first phone call until the professional showed up to clean our two upholstered chairs and sofa. He did a beautiful job and was very professionally friendly representative. I would highly recommend them and especially the young man that cleaned the furniture.

Starr Cleaning Services is professional, efficient, and always does a great job cleaning our carpets! All the stains on our carpets are gone and they feel brand new again! A shout out to Austin for coming and cleaning today, he did an awesome job.

Austen arrived right on time and was very professional and friendly. My grout was so dirty it was black from 20+ years of traffic. My grout and tile now look amazing!! I can’t believe the difference. I highly recommend Star Cleaning. Fast and reasonably priced too.

Zane did a wonderful job with our big 3 hour project of carpet cleaning on 2800 sq ft, pet stains, large sectional, and area rugs. From scheduling to service they were great all around! We would definitely recommend Starr cleaning and will continue using them again in the future!

Excellent process to get scheduled. Great communication. Technician / owner was early and they asked if they could come early which worked out great. Did an excellent job. Couch looks fresh and smells great.

I am thrilled with Starr Cleaning Services! From my first call until the technician came to clean my area rugs, they provided first rate service. On time and very reasonably priced. I have a very large area rug that is cream colored, so I had concerns about how well it would clean up. Turns out it cleaned up quite nicely! Will use again and will recommend to my friends!

Our dog had some bad tummy issues and our area rug was in need of a good cleaning. They were able to schedule us same day (not saying they could always do this) but I was grateful they made the effort to call techs and see if they could and for our case I was thankful they were able to make it work! Our service provider Jake Haywood was really nice and did the job quickly and effectively. We appreciated the service!

my recent experience with starr Carpet cleaning was most definitely above average. The communication the arrival of the person to do the job arriving on time explaining everything thoroughly taking care not to damage anything in my house. In fact, you even had to move a pretty big chair for me and that was very appreciated.

The carpet I have a really large wool area rug about 9 x 12 and he cleaned that and it looks Great !

I actually asked him for his card when I saw him a couple weeks back cleaning my neighbor's rug and he gave it to me and held onto it and I'm very glad I did

This is one of those Times when you save the person's card, the business card because you know for sure when it comes to it, you're gonna want to use them again instead of finding someone else.

The cleaning process was effective on removing the stains/spots I was concerned about. Jake listened to my questions and gave great feedback. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will highly recommend Starr Cleaning Services and I will use their services again.

We always have the best experience with STARR! We’ve had them out several times to do our carpets, sectionals, accent chairs, and rugs and they never miss a spot. Yesterday I messaged them because we had a last minute situation and needed a cleaning asap and they got us in the next day which we really appreciate. We recommend them to all of our friends and neighbors and will continue to use them often!

I don't write reviews; then it dawned on me, I read reviews to decide if I want to use this company's services, so....I LOVE Heavenly Scent! I have used their window services now since 2018, when I moved into my new home. LOVE clean windows, but not able to do them myself. I know they offer a large array of services, and I will more than likely use their home cleaning service in the future as age is creeping in. In my opinion, HEAVENLY SCENT, is just that....Heaven Scent.... give them a try, you won't be sorry!

I have tried many cleaning companies in the past. But, have stayed with Heavenly Scent because of their outstanding work. I am on a 3 week rotation and my house stays very clean. This company is dependable and always on time. They call to confirm, and the one time they could not be there on time they called to notify me.

All the ladies have been great, but recently we have had Maria and Rosa. They are very polite and do an excellent job.

I would recommend Heavenly Scent if they service your area.

Extremely pleased with Heavenly Scent! I had all our windows, tracks, screens and sunscreens cleaned. Extremely professional. Two gentlemen who were courteous, careful and answered any questions in a pleasant and professional manner. Careful of furniture and exterior of home.

They also cleaned our 41 solar panels. Again, very professional and made sure all panels were like new again.

The good: Scheduling was easy. I appreciated the email reminders and the cleaners did a great job at the areas they got to.

The bad: I was really disappointed about how inaccurate my quote was.

I wanted a deep clean to have a fresh start and was quoted 4.5 hours with the oven and fridge included. Once the 4.5 hour mark came around I received a call that they would need an additional 30 minutes.
I didn't have a problem with this but the person who called me was defensive as I asked questions about the time. They seemed really annoyed right away since I didn't give a simple yes. All I was asking was like "when did they start" "what time will they finish?" to ensure that the time was accurate.
It was very poor customer service at this moment due to the obvious annoyance of me asking questions. This made me really suspicious so I ended up using my security camera to timestamp the start and end times.

When the cleaners finished after the 5 hours, I was disappointed to find that my blinds, fans and baseboards had not been cleaned even though this was a part of a "deep clean". I really did not need them to do my dishes, or make the beds. Had I known they would have run out of time I would have told them to make sure to hit my priority spots. I put my trust in their scheduling system and it failed me.

I ended up doing these myself as I was not about to pay more after they already increased the time by 30-minutes.

My feedback for Heavenly Scents is to work on a more accurate quote system or to at least have a 30-minute buffer if items from the deep clean list are not completed in time. I also recommend asking about priority areas during the planning call to ensure you meet the needs of your customers.

To potential customers: If you use Heavenly Scents make sure to tell them what you need done first. The cleaners will clean what they get to very well but you need to establish your priorities ahead of time since they will just add on time as they are cleaning.

It's taken me almost ten months to write this review but I had kept the receipt in my purse so I wouldn't forget. Employee Christian cleaned my son's carpet after his apartment move-out. Christian did a great job and was very personable AND accommodating. I've used Heavenly Scent for house cleaning as well and they always do a fabulous job. Their staff has always been friendly and hard-working. Sorry it took me so long to commend your good work Christian AND Heavenly Scent Professionals!

First time with this company. Arrived on time, 2 ladies. Had their deep clean service for my first time. They spent 3 hours and everything was spotless when I arrived back home from work. Hubby was home and was impressed their work as well. Even our little dog liked them. Thank you for a job well done. I'll see you in 4 weeks.

Called today (April 2025) to book the same cleaning I did in December of 2024. In December I paid $342, which was quite high then, but today, I was shocked to be quoted $520 ($104 an hour) for the same job. I’m not sure if I was misquoted or communication was messed up - but a 52% price increase over the last 4-5 months is unbelievable. There’s zero justification for the increase.

Nadia and Marcella were the house cleaners that came to my house. We had used Heavenly Scent cleaning services in the past. So I was happy to book them for a repeat visit.

While they did show up an hour earlier than the appointment window was set, I was happy to see them and invited them in.

They did a great job of deep cleaning my house. I will have them back in the future. And would recommend this business to anyone looking to engage a cleaning service.

Where is the 10-star rating option! I love my Heavenly Scent Professionals Cleaning team! They are so nice plus they are consistent in their approach and thoroughness for my bi-monthly clean. When they leave, I know everything in the house is going to be better than I expected and smell so fresh and clean. I am so glad I found them and have no plans to ever use anyone else! Highly recommend them.
