Update. Yesterday, Nov 18, my 30 plus-year-old Honeywell thermostat died. One of the team, Mark, came today to inspect my thermostat and bring me a new one if it was faulty. It was a thermostat and he replaced it as well as inspecting everything. I was due a a free winter inspection after buying a new unit AC unit this past summer. So there was no service charge! I love this company and I will continue to recommend them to all.

A quick shout out to Mark Daniels Air Conditioning and Heating again! My unit started acting up on Friday afternoon. Mark came out even at the end of the day to evaluate. He determined I definitely had a problem with my compressor and motor for the fan. I got a good 20 years out of this system! Monday morning the team were here to replace my system. I was referred to your company and decided to give it a try, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service. The technician, Zach, rushed through the appointment and mentioned he had another job in Mesa if his schedule was so tight, I’m not sure why I was even booked at that time. I was told the capacitor was weak and needed replacement, and when I asked for the price, I was quoted $541, which felt extremely overpriced. It came across as a money grab. Based on this experience, I will not be using this company again. This was a waste of my time!

We have been using Mark Daniels for HVAC service at our home in Chandler for years. Mark has come out on very short notice on holiday weekends to fix our older Trane unit. He had never pushed for expensive upgrades and has always seemed honest and fair with his services. He has been a life saver.

When one of our AC units finally died, Mark offered a very good price on replacement units and, since he has been working on our system for so many years, we trusted him and his team to perform the work. They were professional and replaced the units quickly.

We have had a few hiccups with the AC replacements (rattling insulation/drain pan issues). I think these things sometimes crop up after a full unit replacement but Mark or someone on his team has always come out right away to address it quickly.

In short, I am grateful we found an honest and hard working team to work on our HVAC system. There are a lot of sketchy people out there but we trust Mark Daniels.

Mark, Zachary and crew did a great job replacing condenser and air handler. Got it done in one day. I was impressed.

Prompt, honest service. They came out and found the smoke coming out of my heat pump was a defrost cycle caused by very cold morning. Inspected everything and just charged for the service call.

Mark was professional, friendly, and detailed. He even installed a voice controlled thermostat that I asked about when he arrived (I didn't originally ask about this when I scheduled the appointment). Mark called before leaving for my house, arrived 10 minutes earlier than originally scheduled and was very patient with my additional requests and questions about my system.

Mark (actually his name) was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything I needed to know about the new sir conditioners I was receiving. I always appreciate their technician's honesty, precise work, and willingness to not talk to me like I am stupid. I will stay with them for as long as I own this house. Enough said.

We got the maintenance package which has been a great deal for regular maintenance. Scheduling is easy and they actually reached out to us to remind us to schedule seasonal maintenance. Zach has serviced us a couple times now and is very professional, thorough and honest about the state of our unit. We have tried other companies but they would always try to just sell us more stuff. Grateful we found Mark Daniels because they aren't like that.

I can't say enough about the professionalism of JMAC on top of the final price we paid for our new AC! Our next best price was 3K higher, JMAC is family owned and run, they have been around for 20+ years, which means they can and will back any warranty they give you. They showed up and finished in a matter of a few hours, and the job looks and feels great!!

We had JMAC replace the original heat pump on our house 7 years ago with a full variable unit & additional return vents. They gave us outstanding service then, resulting in a very good product that has been very efficient and we have had no issues with it for 7 years. We have only interacted with JMAC for checkups on it several times and they have always been great to work with. We recently noticed that our house was not cooling correctly and the thermostat was throwing error codes which it has never done. I placed a call to JMAC on Saturday and left a voice message letting them know the unit was working, but not fully and that I thought we should be fine for the weekend, but wanted to get on the list. They lined us up with an appointment via text for Monday morning. Tanner arrived Monday morning as promised and was great to work with from the start - great attitude and genuine desire to take care of his customers. Our unit was doing some very strange things that required people closer to the manufacturer to remotely look at a few times. It was a process to figure out, but Tanner took great care of us all along the way until the final resolution was found. He put the unit in Quiet Mode to get us through the waiting time for next steps since our unit was partially working, but freezing up and this change greatly reduced that while parts were located in the valley. I cannot say enough about our experience and I had confidence that the result would be what it is based on the first time he walked through our door. We were sold what still seems is a great heat pump 7 years later and this company had a very fair warranty on it which took care of the issues. Tanner ran it down until the end and we have a properly working unit again. We highly recommend Tanner and JMAC for your AC needs!

I called JMAC to service my houses AC units. Tanner our tech was very professional and found two issues that required replacing and repairing. His work was done to our satisfaction and I would recommend them to others looking for AC repairs.

Jmac put in a new ac unit about 4 years ago. Their service is great and they arrive on time for their appointments. I would highly recommend them
