It’s hard to find contractors you can trust, but this one delivered. They were responsive, did solid work, and charged a fair price. They were very knowledgeable and were able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. Would absolutely recommend.

Im rather disappointed with this company. I got a preety lazy instal. Website posts videos raving about a hang rite kit. Yet one was not used. Ac pad is sitting on a bunch of rocks I told them I needed it on the dirt and because rocks were being removed. It didnt happen. I paid a premium for a premuim unit and they mounted it with lable facing away. Now Im worried then unit won't be stable and level long term. Already looks unstable. I belive the ductwork was torn during service. Noise can be heard from vent. This I would expect from a Bob Ac installer for cheap. I called them and they sent someone who's opinion was these small details dont matter, brushed me off to the office. The quality of work is in the small details. I see carelessness and lazyness.

Richard and Dean were fantastic! We were moving into a new home and had no heat or a/c. Richard came out, gave us a clear estimate and all our options. The guys came in 2 days- arrived when they said they would and were fast, polite and even took my old satellite dish away for me! Explained everything about the new system. Highly recommend! I contacted Rusty's to address an issue with outside air entering my HVAC system, which increases dust and causes wood burning smoke to enter my house during the winter. Richard quickly assessed the issue and provided multiple solutions so I could select the best solution for my situation. He quickly implemented the solution the same day and I look forward to having peace of mind this winter. I also appreciate that this is a local company, not an impersonal corporation. We had another company come to service our HVAC system. We were told it needed replacing. Wanted a 2nd opinion. Rusty's was recommended. Sean came out the next day. Our unit doesn't need replacing, only servicing. Sean was professional and personable. We will be using Rusty's from now on.

Our AC went out on a Thursday afternoon. After realizing it that evening my husband quickly called Rusty's and they had Richard at our house within an hour. Richard quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to replace the bad part within minutes. Richard was kind, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. We used Rusty's for a new rooftop HVAC system and to add new ducting throughout our house. Their prices were very competitive compared to other large HVAC companies in the valley, and yet the service and quality we received from them was just as good if not better.

First off, I want to thank the Rusty team for their honesty. They evaluated my current system and said with some proper maintenance, my system should last several more years. I had them replace the contactors and all the capacitors as a prevention, the straightened out some hard 90s in my ductwork to improve airflow, cleaned the outside unit and inspected everything. All in all, they were very professional and very good guys. I've found my company for my HVAC needs!! Thank you Rusty's AC!!!
