We have a very old unit (installed in 1977) which gets serviced by Universal every spring before monsoon. Josh knows this type of unit very well and keeps it going. Very congenial and is in/out in 45 minutes. Couldn’t be happier.

I highly recommend Universal HVAC LLC let me tell you people Josh and his crew gave us excellent service. Let me start off we got so many quotes from seven companies and Universal HVAC beat all the quotes not just in price but just in workmanship and things to better our service in our house. Josh took the time to explain and never complain and how many times I called or text with questions. Even when my power was off at 9:00 pm he was still taking my calls. Universal HVAC and their team were on time clean up their mess and did the job above and beyond our expectations, if you need a AC unit please give them a call you might shop around but I guarantee you'll be calling Josh back. They were awesome, Debby was such a sweetheart and got people out to us ASAP! It was a life saver, old house with old AC unit. The techs replaced our AC explained thoroughly what was being replaced. Highly recommend.
