Very Professional knows what they are doing the tec that came to my home name was Keola. He was very knowledgeable and sympathetic of my situation. Having your air stop working in the middle of AZ summer can and is so dangerous. They came out and they sent some one who was able to help right away not just a sales man. Thank you

Replacing an HVAC system for my home is one of the most important contractor decisions I have had to make in the 14 years I have been here. I spoke with a number of neighbors as well as looking at on-line reviews. The winner was Fountain Hills Air Conditioning.

They were not the least expensive but the difference was only about 1.2% more than what my #2 choice would have been. What sold me first was their proposal to use Amana equipment which is almost exclusively manufactured in the US and has the highest US parts/components %. I have had excellent experience with Amana previously.

Even with enough recommendations from people I trust and who because of their professions would know more than I about HVAC systems, I still wanted to meet the owner - no problem - he wanted to meet me as well.

Everyone from the sales person who came to inspect my current set up to the installers - Omar and Jason (not sure if that was his name) were on time, neatly presented and went about their work very professionally. They took care not to do any damage and cleaned up well after they finished.

I would use them again in a heart beat!

We are new owners of a home with a system we were unfamiliar with how it operated and what it's needs were. Bill Smart, the technician who came to our home, was great about showing and explaining exactly what we needed to keep things running smoothly. We appreciate his help and will continue to have our unity serviced by Fountain Hills Air Conditioning & Heating.

Our A/C unit is starting to age, and so are we! We asked Fountain Hills Air to service our A/C unit before the summer heat requires it to be in constant use. Their technician Matt came, was on time, very professional and did a very thorough job. We had moving boxes blocking indoor access to our attic, and Matt went into the attic thru our garage ceiling which required him to crawl a further distance to inspect our ducts and air handler. He thoroughly cleaned the cooling coils, checked the Freon level and our thermostat. He also went the 'extra mile' to show and explain each aspect of our unit's condition and the air flow inside our home. After all that, he assured us that our A/C is in good condition and should serve us well for the coming year. We trust Fountain Hills Air and will call them for any future needs.

My technician Keola did a great job, he was quick and efficient and pleasant to work with. He listened to my concerns and made helpful suggestions. In part he was the reason I renewed my 3 year contract with FHAC.

Just had Dan in our home in Fountain Hills. While here to inspect my heating/cooling system, I asked about a wi/fi thermostat. He was very knowledgeable and we had him install one, set it up, and get us comfortable with it. He was perfectly patient and helpful through the entire process. We also had him do a lifetime furnace filter on his suggestion and extended our club agreement. Could not be happier with Dan's service or the company. Would highly recommend.

They doubled he normal install price for a capacitor that was covered under warranty. $279.00 Usual price for this is $125.00. they claimed they provided the part fee of charge!!! Nice guy and quick service, but they are cheats, too bad. I have a friend with their labor price list!!!

Keola is a pleasent young man who knows his business. Very friendly and a quick worker. I would give him 5 stars if I were just rating him.

I've been a customer of Fountain Hills air conditioning for a number of years and generally staisfied. I would like their service more if it didn't seem that the techs were also asked to try to be salespersons for new equipmemt that isn't immently needed.

FH Air Conditioning is deceitful. Shortly after buying my house, I received a call from FH Air Conditioning acting like I was a customer of theirs and I worked with them before. It was only when I told them I didn't own the house on the last service date did they admit that they serviced it for the previous owners. So they clearly pull public record from home sales and call new homeowners acting like you've worked with them before to try to get new sales.

They have now called me an additional four times in the past month after I have consistently told them not to. Find a company who actually values and respects customers.

Semi-annual service under the Club, performed by Keola was great. He was very pleasant, with straightforward answers to my questions about my condensate line and recommendations. The deal I worked out with his boss Chad regarding installing my replacement UV bulbs was nice to see implemented and makes me pleased with FH HVAC! All good!

Very satisfactory experience. Matt was very professional. He advised when he was coming, arrived on time, thoroughly inspected everything, reviewed his findings with us and made a few recommendations for an improvement in our AC system. I was completely satisfied.

Just had the inspection done on our unit. Jason came into the house and checked the furnace and A/C components in the attic. Went outside for the cooler/condensor unit and did a check on the operating conditions etc. Was very upfront and open on things he found and made a couple recommendations for the next visit based on the findings today. We will certainly consider them as they seemed sensible and prudent.
Overall satisfied with his visit and hope he will be the Tech we have for the next tuneup.

Matt the service technician was so thorough. He showed us pictures of the attic unit and spent so much time reviewing our system inside and out. His expertise found a few minor issues, one that he took care while onsite. We purchased the 3-year service/loyalty program as well. Thanks FH Air Conditioning!

Bill Smart came by to check the performance and health of my AC system and did an excellent job! He took the time to explain readings/measurements and their relation to the system laying out very clearly what I needed, could benefit from and do not need. He is definitely focused on quality, honesty and customer satisfaction. Thanks to Bill I will contact Fountain Hills A/C for any other A/C needs!

I had two aircon units installed by them. After 6 tries over three days they were not able to get the new Honeywell controls they recommended to work. At one point the operations manager, Chad, came by. His quote was,"I can give them the manuals but can't make them read". I little unfair of him since he didn't know how to install it either. I finally went with Nest. After 3 weeks, they still haven't finished the work. They had to order filter holders. I have called about them 5 times over two days. They promise they will have the operations manager, Chad call, but he never does. In fact they have never returned a call.
Terrible costumer service, frustrating company, poorly trained techs. Hopefully there is a better company out there. By the way, if you try and post a dissatisfied review on there web site, it locks you out.

Fountain Hills Air is the absolute BEST! Has been in business for as long as my husband and I have been married (74') This is the only company I've used for over a decade. I have never had any issues with them They're experts, they're honest, and their service is a great value.

I live 1800 miles away and Fountain Hills is ALWAYS helpful for arranging appts and keeping me abreast of any issues. When my dad lived in the home the technician was so kind to him with his dementia and asking questions and forgetting they were in house. Current renter states they were super professional and did a great job!! Thank you!!

I had fountain hills Air conditioning come out today. The repair person was very nice, I will give them that. However we were told that our whole AC unit needed to be replaced and it would cost us over 10,000.00 they could patch fix it temporarily and that would cost us 800 to 900.00. I called several other companies for second opinions because well TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS for one AC unit. Every other company said my unit did not need to be replaced, I finally decided on a company to do the 300.00 repair and my AC is up and working great! I was being lied to here so they could make a huge sale! They charged me 89.00 to come out, not do a thing and lie to my face....Total scam!

We became acquainted with Fountain Hills Air Conditioning and Heating when the company we used to replace a unit was bought by Fountain Hills. They called us to inform us of the ownership change and that they were honoring all contracts. We have been extremely pleased with the professionalism and integrity of the company. Today Bill Smart came to inspect/clean etc. the units. He was on-time, professional and informative. He was also engaging and pleasant to converse with. We will continue to use Fountain Hills Air Conditioning and Heating.
