I have had a longstanding (15 years) working relationship with Mike. I find him to be honest and deliver quality service at a fair price. I have recommended his A/C company to a number of my friends who have reported back that they were satisfied with the work he had done.

I think Mike at Ocean Air is the most honest and skilled service person I've run across in my long life. I highly recommend him and his company to anyone! I'm sorry I sold my house in Chandler so can't use his company any longer. Hey, Mike; move to Tucson!

Ocean Air has always been very responsive and professional each time I've contacted them. If your AC is completely out they put an even higher level of urgency into responding. They are very careful to explain the problem and the solution and outline the cost. No complaints at all.

I was very pleased with Ocean Air. They came out to do my maintenance (first time using them) and they were very thorough in checking everything. Even gave me some pointers on how to maximize my AC. We have used Ocean Air on three occasions. Those visits included servicing our ac units and ultimately, to replace one. In every interaction, they followed Covid health guidelines and that included wearing masks, in the summer, in Arizona. In addition, they were the epitome of professional by showing up on time, having a kind demeanor and were completely honest with us by including all of the options available to us including the costs without any pressure. I would highly recommend this company.

I have used Oceanaire for about ten years on five properties I either own or have interest in. Mike and his crew have always been quick to respond to my needs and very courteous. I have used them to replace existing units in three properties and their prices have been extremely fair. My years of experience with them have proven them to be thorough and they stand behind their work. I recently purchased a property that had a new unit installed that was still under warranty, the company that installed the unit refused to honor their warranty unless I was willing to pay obscene amounts on service calls that were supposed to be covered, they said I wasn't their type of customer. Mike and his crew came in and straightened out the mess that had been made, finding evidence of sabatoge on this new unit and a terrible installation job. The problem is now resolved. I couldn't be more enthusiastic in recommending Oceanaire!

Mike and the entire crew at Ocean Air were awesome. They installed two new ac units and did a superb job. They even completely moved the location of everything in the attic because the initial contractor when the home was built had placed everything in such a poor, inaccessible location. We had Ocean Air come out for a routine check-up on our A/C before summer hit. Mike (or his employee) is always on time and very thorough in their check. If something is needed or wrong, they will let you know before they fix it and they never, ever do anything that is not needed.
