From the first call to the second call, to the service appointment the owners and technician were kind, courteous, professional. The individuals all showed genuine concern for my situation and helped ease my concerns with their quick responses. This is a company worth doing business with.

I requested this company since I saw they had great reviews through my home warranty. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience with them after they came by. They saw that I had a coil leak and it needed to be replaced. That was 8 AM yesterday morning by that night I called them to see if they did their report 9 hours later and they said they hadn’t done it yet. They gave excuses about needing to find measurements of the coil. Mind you it’s 117° here in Arizona and to be without air is very hard so I would’ve expected them to send in their report as soon as possible. I called them the next day which she said she was gonna have the report in by. She said oh I don’t even have a work order for your job. I told Kiki to look again and she had to get her teammate to help her find it as she said, it wasn’t in the active pile. After a few hours, I called First American as they still haven’t gotten a report from them. First American escalated it and finally got a report from them unfortunately now they don’t want to do the work or they can’t do it in a timely manner so now I’m being referred to another company. Now if they couldn’t fix this in a timely manner. Why not say so when you diagnose the issue? Meanwhile, my Elderly family and Child have been suffering. I definitely do not recommend this company! Shame on them!
As you can see by owners reply ONE week after I wrote review they are not very diligent. There were no issues on first American side the issue a you didn’t want to do the work because First American doesn’t pay you enough and since the job would have taken some time you decided to string me along for 2 days to just say you couldn’t do it in a timely manner. Shame on you and your company for accepting work you wouldn’t do. This prolonged my service by 3 days. I will be reporting you to the BBB as well.

I was not looking forward to both the sales pitch and the disruption once I selected an HVAC company to replace 2 cooling units and attic furnaces. I am so tired of all the sales pitches and then dealing with the installers, cleaning up after them, making sure they did everything they said they would, etc. But, my two units are nearly 20 years old, so it was time.

I ended up going with Aristotle. It started when I met the owner, Richard. He came by our home and did the quote. He answered all our questions and made sure all of our concerns were answered. He assured us this would be a one day job, the installers would stay until the job was done. A few days later, the quote was emailed to me.

I reviewed two other quotes as well. Once was about the same as Aristotle, and the other one was nearly 15% higher.

Three business days after I received the quote I called Aristotle and talked with Terrie. I explained to her that we wanted to move forward with Aristotle and replace our two HVAC systems. She asked for my preference days and then said she would get back to me within a day (this was on a Monday). Tuesday she called me back and we were ready to go for Thursday (just 3 days later). I was pleasantly surprised not only that they called me back like they said they would, but that they were ready to do the work just three days later!

Both my wife & I work out of home offices, we were concerned about noise and even thought we may have to lose a work day each. Richard assured us that his team will be quick, and will not be disruptive or crazy loud.

Terrie said the team would be there around 8 AM and would work until done. I have to admit, I was surprised when the doorbell rang at 7:55 AM, 5 minutes early! C’mon, it never happens when the contractor shows up on time, but early, wow! I was more impressed that they dispatched a small army – 5 technicians.

Aristotle did not mess around, they had a team of 5 onsite, and they worked non-stop. They started by laying plastic over the floors/stairs before walking back and forth. There was some pounding up in the attic but nothing excessive and it didn’t disrupt our day while working. By 1:00 PM they already had the units replaced and were testing the system. Before 2:00 PM they were all packed up and hauled our old units away.

6.5 hours later and they were all done. They didn’t even take a lunch break, they just kept at it. It was truly amazing at how smooth everything went.

I want to thank the installers Mayo, Daniel, Martin, Luis, and Jaz. These guys were extremely professional throughout the day, and their focus was around quality and customer satisfaction. These guys are “A” Team caliber!

Richard, you have a great team working for you. From the time I made my initial call to Terrie, until your technicians left, everything was delivered as you stated during the initial sales quote. Integrity today is hard to come by, business typically over promise and under deliver, but not Aristotle. You folks did everything you said you would do, and you did it professionally, on time, and on budget. My wife and I want to thank all of you at Aristotle, you folks were a pleasure to do business with. We would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone in the need for repairs or unit replacements.

PS: Our new Rudd units are running great – we will be ready for this HOT summer.

I had Todd as repairman. He checked out the unit and told me the problems it has, what it needs, how it will help performance, and cost. Answered my questions and let me make decisions. Felt he was honest and trustworthy.

Following service call Aristotle AC provided recommended $15K new AC unit. Called a different company for a second opinion and they made the repair for $200.00. AC works fine now.

The good people of Aristotle Air installed our new A/C unit in June of 2020, on the hottest day of the year nonetheless. Our air handler is in the attic and they did an amazing job.

We met Todd a technician on Friday when we had an issue with our AC. He got us running and we had a cool weekend while it was 110 outside. He came back today Monday to install a new switch and uncovered a sizzling sound coming from our breaker box. That’s really never good, but he got that fixed and saved us from a dangerous situation.

Carson was great! He installed my new smart thermostat and helped me get set up on the app on my phone. He then inspected my rooftop unit and explained what he found, which was minor and didn’t need to be addressed immediately. He cleaned the coils while he was on the roof and said that may resolve the borderline high reading. He recommended checking again in six months (before summer cooling season).

Replaced 4-ton unit on main house, and 2-ton heat pump on house addition at a very reasonable price. Replaced both updraft vents inside house and both thermostats. Very pleased with their work and the excellent cleanup after. Also helped homeowner set up programmable thermostat. Technicians were respectful and helpful; willing to answer questions. Would recommend Aristotle Air.

Aristotle replaced my two old 22yrs old AC units, and I couldn't be happier with the results! My October 2025 energy bill was $124.00 lower than in October 2024, and the new units cool my house so much faster. If I had known the difference it would make, I would have replaced them 5-7 years ago.

The team was super professional, paid attention to every detail, and did really clean work. Big cheers to Aristotle for a job well done!

Aristotle Air Conditioning & Heating was amazing within 3days they had got us all set up & cool down. Carson who came out on Monday on time & they send you a photo to see who is coming. He help me threw the process to finance on my phone, which is hard for me to do because of my eyes. Two days later on Wednesday was scheduled from 8am to 12am Jose & Brian should up ready to work at 8:25am and 9:25 Crane showed up did his job Jose & Brian had it installed completely. Jose came inside to install the new thermostat, turn on New Unit. Clean up for crew that would be picking trash & old unit. Jose then test the temperature 👍 all done by 11:30.

I had a excellent experience with Aristotle Air! My heating system wasn't working properly, and they sent out Danny C, who was absolutely wonderful! Danny was friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable from the moment he arrived. He quickly diagnosed the issue and discovered that my thermostat was faulty. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and installed a new thermostat. My heater is now working perfectly and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Best HVAC company in the Valley. Best service, best price. Brian and Jesus were amazing. In and out. Replaced my AC and heatpump and thermostat and filter intake in 5 hours. Cleaned up everything and were on their way. Do not hire until you get a quote from Aristotle. You're welcome. (And the scheduler on the phone, Kiki, could not be more helpful and charming.)

Very positive experience with Aristotle Air, from the first time speaking with them over the phone, to the day they came out to provide a quote, through the installation of the new unit. The phone operator Kelly was knowledgable, helpful, and patient. The service manager Victor, who came out to the house to prepare the quote, was very professional and knowledgeable and pleasant, a professional rather than a sales person. The technicians that completed the installation (Brian, Jesus, and another technician who did the electrical) were all professional, hard-working, and helpful. They had to install the new air handler in a very small attic space and were dedicated to make it work without cutting any corners. They were patient with any questions, they left the space clean and free of damage, and they took pictures of the unit in the attic to explain how they installed everything in the correct manner. The pricing was very good, as they were able to beat the lowest other quote I had received. I was very happy because they offered a good price, and at the same time I felt more confident and peaceful choosing this company because they are a long-standing company with a good reputation. The company seems very efficient and professional- it was always easy to get through to the office on the phone, they scheduled appointments quickly, and everyone arrived on time as scheduled. They have an automatic text message system to notify you when the technician is on the way, which is very convenient. We are grateful for the positive experience with Aristotle Air.

Ocean air came out and repaired my air conditioner they were nice and friendly it did take a couple days extra to repair because there wasn't any sticker that had the air conditioner numbers on it to find the original part but they got the part and repaired it and is working good now
