Given all the positive reviews, I expected their customer service to be better. Unfortunately, after repeated texts since June 17, I still have not received a simple receipt outlining the work performed for the amount that was charged. Very disappointed in their customer service.

What a great company! If you’re in need of service for your HVAC, the Burk Brothers are the best! We had an issue with one of our units running nonstop and freezing up. They went out of their way to come the next morning and take care of the issue. Professional service and great team. I could not thank them enough!

Burk Brothers has been our go to HVAC company for several years. They offer competitive pricing, which also means better pricing than any other popular/corporate company you can think of. They don't try to sell more than what is absolutely necessary or mark up the service they are there to complete. They are personable and have a super quick response time. They have fulfilled emergency situations for us within the same day. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

Tonight, when the Arizona heat seemed relentless and our AC decided to take a break, Calvin from Burk Brothers HVAC came to our rescue. His prompt and professional service was a breath of fresh air (pun intended). Despite the late hour and it being his wife’s birthday (sorry Mrs. Burk), he arrived with a friendly attitude and a determination to get our AC up and running. Thanks to Burk Brothers, we didn’t have to suffer through the night in the unbearable heat. I’m thoroughly impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction and willingness to go the extra mile. I am extremely pleased and relieved at how fantastic the attention and response The Burk Brothers were in fixing my AC Unit! I reached out late at night when we got home from an 4th of July party and I had a technician at 9 am the next morning servicing and fixing my unit! They are extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and attentive to detail! They didn’t just repair my unit, but also took the time to educate me to look for certain things and reach out should our unit begin displaying other concerns. We have had many HVAC companies come to our house and none have compared to Burk Brothers. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

I had a power turned off on my thermostat and Calvin from Burk brothers came and checked out voltage on thermostat, AC unit and there was no voltage. He was kind enough to check everything possible and found out the issues was the power. He did notice that these are controlled by Solar and asked me to reach out to electrician. He was very nice and didn’t charge me as the issue was not addressed but was helpful sharing me the required knowledge. Appreciate the help and refer Calvin for how helpful and knowledgeable he is.

Wow! The Burk brothers went above and beyond anything I ever expected. Calvin was at my house within hours of my heat not working. Came back later that night with a portable heater to make sure my kids and I were would be warm before any issues could be fixed. They were thorough, not just going to assume, but making sure they found what was wrong. They worked around my schedule, had excellent communication, personable, friendly, helpful, and so much more. Absolutely AMAZING!!!! Was visiting fam on fathers day and came home to AC not working!! Contacted Calvin to see if something we could do ourselves once we tried all options nothing. Such an incredible person, he came out right away and fixed the problem!!! Highly recommend this company!!!!

This is by far the best experience I've ever had with an HVAC company. The owner Calvin, and his team are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

They took the time to explain what was wrong with my AC unit and advised me in advance what was under warranty and what was not covered. They were completely transparent.

The prices are great and the service is even better. Highly recommend

Burk Brothers HVAC is amazing! Calvin was able to come out on Labor Day weekend when my AC decided to stop working. He was very professional and was able to diagnose the problem from his 20 years of HVAC experience. Even though stores were closed for Labor Day weekend, he was able to come up with a solution that helped us get through the weekend until he was able to get parts for the fix. Now the AC is working great again thanks to him. I am extremely grateful and appreciative!

I used Burk Brothers for the first time this week. I needed a routine check on my HVAC system and change of filters. One of the owners, Calvin, came with other workers who all were polite, efficient and very professional. Calvin walked through the house and explained things and answered my questions. His price was very reasonable, which on Social Security, I appreciate! He was kind enough to accommodate me getting the filters (he found and had them waiting) so they could install them and keep my husband off a ladder. He was very helpful and workable to my situation. I could not give them higher marks! I'll be using them for any future HVAC needs.

I highly recommend Burk Brothers AC Repair. Our AC recently went out during a late heat wave here in Arizona. He pretty much took care of everything. He contacted Goodman and obtained a new core for us and installed it as soon as it came in, we had to wait 10 days For the part to arrive. In the meantime, Calvin provided Personal AC unit which we used in our living room and our master bedroom about a week Which made it bearable to stay in the house. The second week we decided to stay with our daughter until it was repaired. Calvin arrived on a Sunday within a couple of hours of me calling him and diagnosed the issue. He’s very friendly and will explain the Repair in detail.

These people are magnificent! Our AC wasn’t working after my husband attempted to install a new thermostat. I texted them at 3:46 am, got a response at 6:19 am and they were at my home a little after 8:00 am, fixed the problem and did a Seasonal check on the system and were gone by 8;45 with cold air blowing again!
These guys care and it shows in their customer service. They are my go to HVAC guys for sure.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Burk Bros did an amazing job installing our whole home air purifier system. They had great communication, scheduling was easy, they were timely and courteous and their pricing is really reasonable! They gave us an honest opinion and quote for work. They came highly recommended by multiple people and I can see why. I would highly, hughly recommend Burk Bros for any HVAC needs!

What a wonderful company. These brothers are amazing! We have been using Burke Brothers for about 4 years and they have always responded super quickly when I’ve called. Service is great and these guys are honest! I highly recommend them for your air conditioning and heating needs.

The Burke Brothers stand by their work. They replaced our thermostat a month ago and serviced our unit and all was running great. Fast forward about a month the thermostat was not operating properly so they cam out and went through the whole system including replacing the thermostat free of charge. They are first class and stand behind their work. Thanks guys.

Came to our rescue after hours when our Heat Pump decided it didn't want to deal with the late May AZ heat. Could have told us tomorrow. Been dishonest. Instead, we get to sleep tonight in air-conditioned comfort because Calvin was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the issue and correct it for a very reasonable flat fee quoted ahead of time . Thankfully, we did not need to order any parts. Integrity and know-how are not always easy to find - especially together. These guys are golden! Thanks again!!
