Adam was amazing!!!! I would refer him to all my neighbors, friends and family. Our 3 AC units are very old and he was so honest and knowledgeable. This company will be my 1st call if we have any issues with our AC.

Dave was very professional and came over on Wed and did my air duct for my rec room and insulated the patio ceiling that is the rec room. Also checked my capacitors and found both were failing so gave me a great deal all together. Installers were very professional and easy to work with. Dave even got me a birthday gift! which was today! Thanks Reliable, will not use anybody else in Arizona.

Highly recommend Reliable Air Conditioning - we’ve been using them for several years (in two homes) for maintenance and repair. It’s easy to schedule and they are efficient and professional, and always on time. Adam was really easily to work with and thoroughly explained the results of our maintenance.

Our a/c stopped working this morning, of course when it is 116 outside. House was getting hot quickly. Contacted Jeff who had Scott at our hours within about 2.5 hrs. (Every other a/c company was saying the earliest would be sometime tomorrow).

Scott quickly determined that the problem was a fuse. He swapped that out and we’re finally getting cool air again.

Not sure why I had not heard of Reliable before, but they definitely will be the only company I will call in the future and the only one I recommend to my friends.

Chad, and the team that came out to install a new heat pump system on the roof of my 2-story condo, were awesome and the whole experience, from (by far) the best estimate I received out of many I requested, to photos of the finished product, could not have gone better. They were respectful of the fact that I work online from home, kept me apprised all day of what was happening, and took the time to explain the new system to me at the end of the installation. Met Mike Berryhill at my home for an inspect of my current dying A/C and suggestions on a new complete unit and the quote for cost including installation. Mike's presentation, knowledge and professionalism was impressive! He offered various units at different costs and fully educated me on the upsides/downsides, quality and performance of the different a/c and air handlers available. Mike also pointed out flaws in the installation and portable air ducts installed by my prior service company. It was easy for me to quickly have confidence and trust in Mike and choose a top quality unit. From the original meeting with Mike, the communications with Jessica in the office through the installation with an experienced crew I am a very satisfied and happy customer. It looks like from the reviews this company is hit and miss.

I can tell you the experience I am having is that my 75 year old aunt has been without air since June 4th.

A couple of weeks ago I was told the part was in the van/truck and would be fixed that day. Maybe someone lied or maybe the part went to a preferred customer. Who knows...

A few days ago, I called another hvac company and the owner called me back. He sent someone out to speak to my aunt. He then gave me the model and serial number for the unit and told me the part seems to be on back order. Reliable never gave me this information. They only put me off or don't answer phone. Avoidance or misrepresentation seems to be the way they do business.

Recently, I was told on Tuesday the part finally arrived. Also, that people waiting on parts come before service calls. It is now Thursday evening and no call or repair.

My aunt is 75 and can hardly speak due to having no a/c since June 4th. I live 4 hours away and we have no family there. I would think someone would care and call her to put in emergency units. Not just let someone suffer and keep saying your part is in the van.

I cannot recommend Reliable Air Conditioning enough. They are a very honest and ethical company unlike others I had come out that lied about the unit not being repairable or under warranty. They were able to repair my A/C unit and told me exactly what was wrong so I could shop around on price.

They initially came out late Sunday and diagnosed the issue. They had to wait until the parts shop was open to get the part. Initially I was going to need to wait until Tuesday for them to come out. They were able to move me up in their schedule since my A/C was not working and my dog had just had surgery so he couldn't come home to a hot house. One of the part owners came out to fix it.

I really appreciate their integrity by not trying to take advantage of an emergency situation (no air and a sick pet).

Jacob was the technician who came out and helped, he was absolutely awesome, courteous, safe and explained everything.

on the pricey side but if you want top tier quality you need to pay top tier pricing and RAC is the best for us and many in my community.

Have recommended them to family and friends all over the valley because of their service and attention to detail. Used em’ before, use them now, and will continue to do so in the future.

Adam was amazing - super nice and knowledgeable. This was our first time using Reliable as we had always used the company the home builder recommended and Adam went above and beyond from wearing those bootie things on his shoes which he didn’t need to, to calling us ahead and showing up right on time. We will definitely be using Reliable from now on!

Jake is the best AC / Mini split repair guy I have ever met in my 30 years living here. I own 3 rental properties and will definitely be using reliable and Jacob to maintain the AC systems on all of them along with my own home. Reliable was outstanding in every aspect of interaction. I called him on a Saturday afternoon. Jacob was at our house within an hour and had diagnosed a blown powerboard due to an electrical storm. I had another AC repair outfit come and they were unable to diagnose the issue and left because they had to get to a new install. This is a company that is locally owned, family owned and really cares about the customer. All the others I talked to just wanted to install new equipmen and couldn't be bothered with actually repairing anything. Stay away from the big AC companies who charge way more and have high turnover of techs. Jake was thorough and found the problem after checking out the boards on the outside and inside units. They then found 1 of 2 power boards in Maricopa County that were available and drove out to Buckeye to obtain one of them and get my Mini split working again. I now have 54ﾟ cold air coming out after weeks of nothing but problems with other AC repair companies. I just wish I had found Reliable and Jake sooner but now we'll use them for all of my properties. The pricing was very fair compared to all the others and they actually have a good outcome.They gave me estimates and kept to the estimates and were cheaper than all of the other AC repair companies.

Meeting Mike for the first time was very positive and ensuring. We were looking to replace an older, still working air conditioner. Mike did an inspection of our home and the current unit after which we discussed different options. We received a timely written quote with three options to choose from without pressure to make a quick decision.
Once we decided on a model our install date was set. Their technician Joe did a flawless installation and was very professional.
Overall we are extremely happy with Reliable Air Conditioning and would highly recommend them.

This is the second time I've bought a system from Reliable, the first being a few years ago. I recently bought a new place and the air wasn't cooling our home down like it should, so I called Jeff (the owner) and he sent out Mike Berryhill to see what the problem was. He did an absolute great job analyzing the issue and presenting me with various solutions. I eventually ended up purchasing a new system and they were there is less than a week and had the system AND all new larger duct work installed in one day. ALL the folks at Reliable are just that...reliable, quick to respond to you and truly a first-class operation. You will no go wrong with their products or work!!!

My install was awesome, my installer, Manny was incredible. Very knowledgeable and experienced and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend Reliable to my friends and family.

Making an appointment with this company was quick and easy. They were able to get someone to our house first thing the next morning. Our technician, Sam, called on his way and he showed up right on time. He was professional and knowledgeable. I have much respect as he worked hard up in our attic. He diagnosed the problem quick, went and picked up the necessary part, came back and installed a new fan. He got us up and running again. I have used Reliable Air on multiple occasions over the last several years. I’ve had experiences with them on 2 different houses and 2 different commercial buildings during this time. I can honestly say that this is the best company that I have ever worked with. They are honest, reliable and always on time. I’ve had other experiences with the “big names” in the valley and they don’t even compare with Reliable Air. The best part for me is that they are a local owner operated business that focuses on high quality service and taking care of the customer first. Highly recommend them!

We’ve had them out for the regular maintenance as well as ad hoc projects related to moving units for pool install and then again for concrete work. Everything has always been well-communicated, flawless quality, super easy to work with and very reasonable pricing.

This is my first ever Google review or any review for that matter because typically it just does not matter that much to me to write a review good or bad. I am writing this review because this company has been not only very good to me, but has bent over backwards to service my Bosch AC unit. My unit is not your average every day unit and they are the only ones that really know what they’re doing when it comes to the Bosch product. I have recommended them to others and just forwarded their information to a coworker. Hopefully they can help her out, but even if they don’t reliable air-conditioning is the only one that I will ever do business with.

Calvin and his team were great to work with. They worked with us on our schedule and did a great job at a competitive price. Would recommend them 💯!!!
