Wheeler Air provides the type of customer service that so many companies today lack. They truly put the customer first! The fan on my AC was failing and ultimately stopped working on day that it was 113 degrees. I did not realize it until I got home after 5:00 p.m. I contacted them and someone came out around 7:30 p.m. and replaced my fan. My repair person Chase worked on it until 9:00 p.m.

I am extremely grateful for their responsiveness and efficiency!

I have used Wheeler since 2017 to service my home and Brad since 2020. I love Eddie and Eddie as my plumbers as Wheeler has both AC HVAC and plumbing. The owners are wonderful people and trustworthy above all.

Knowledgeable, quick, and honest service. My tech Cody was direct and able to explain things in a manner I could understand as well as apologizing being 15min early! Phone customer service, tech, & overall company is incredibly helpful and understanding.

Technician Patrick was very honest and kind. The system was checked and found nothing significant. Simple reset of the system and waiting for thermostat to reset for 5 minutes. He did not overcharge for the visit. Simple service call fee and that was it. Wheeler Air will ALWAYS have our business!!

Wheeler AC installed a new AC unit in our condo. They were honest and very professional, with excellent communication throughout the process. All of the employees we interacted with were outstanding--from the technician who initially tried every way he (and his boss) could think of to save the old system, to the employee who wrote up the estimate and answered our questions, to the receptionists responded to our calls and reached out to let us know there was an unexpected delay (out of their control), to the installers themselves. We have used their services for many years and I would highly recommend Wheeler AC.

Wheeler AC was constantly in contact prior to my AC replacement, was on time once I scheduled the date, and has followed up since the AC installation. The gentlemen that came to my home were clean, respectful, covered the area where they were working, and did a great job. I have recommended them to others in the area, and also posted on FB. Wheeler A/C always does a great job for us. Chase is honest and capable and easy to work with. They have replaced the coils for me on two units over the last year. On the first one another company told me it was out of warranty and tried to sell me on getting a whole new unit from them. I had Wheeler come out as a second opinion and they told me the coils were under warranty and did a replacement, saved me $3k and won my business going forward.

It can be difficult to find an HVAC company that provided an honest assessment and resolutions these days. Wheeler has been above reproach with their service and communication in the time we’ve worked with them. In particular our technician, Brad has been a star - he’s kind, brings experience and expertise to the job and relentless in his pursuit of a solution to issues that come up. We wouldn’t use any other company for our HVAC needs and you shouldn’t either!

Patrick came and cleaned our indoor coil. He was very professional and efficient. I highly recommend Wheeler to anyone looking for an honest and responsive ac company.

I can only say Patrick has been the greatest technician we’ve experienced from any company we have used. He kept us updated on his progress while still working to make a repair. Beyond that he’s a friendly face that shows up happy even during the middle of the night.

Chase came out to service the AC at work and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our AC wasn't working properly. He quickly diagnosed our problem and fixed it. He's kind, professional, and courteous. Would definitely recommend to any business.
