Kalam was very informative on what needed to be done and why! Pictures were taken while he was up in the attic, so I could see the problem! He was prompt, courteous and very friendly! I would definitely recommend Octane heating and air!

I have a Trane system that was under warranty and needed a company that was a Trane Comfort Specialist. I called and spoke with Marissa in the office and she set me up with a service call same day...within the hour! The company's technician that agreed to come out on super short notice and quickly was Kalem. When he arrived, he was very polite and quickly diagnosed the problem and went to work trying to fix it. The compressor ended up having more than one leak, one of them was not repairable. The compressor needed to be replaced and had to be ordered. I had questions about the cost for the labor of the repair and the owner John (Johnny) took the time to speak with me for almost half an hour about it the next morning. Kalem arrived later with the new compressor and replaced it. It wouldn't cool off of the test mode and it was determined that the board and a small motor required replacement also. He notified John (the owner) and John picked up both parts and brought them out closer to our home. Kalem went and picked them up, replaced them and we were back to cooling! I am very pleased with the way Octane explained things and with how quickly the replacements took place. The owner didnt have to go.pick up the parts and bring them out and Kalem could have easily called it a day and came back the following day to replace the board and motor, but he saw the job through. I appreciate the work and time put in. Truly. I am thankful it's no longer 80+ degrees in my house! I also appreciate them honoring the free bronze service plan for a year coupon on one unit!

Excellent service. Thorough, described everything to me, on time, great communications. Fixed the wiring to our brand new HVAC unit which had eluded the company who installed it. Will absolutely use Octane again!

Just had Kalem B from Octane Air conditioning out to fix and do a maintenance check on my 2 air conditioning units. He was professional, timely, explained how everything worked and made the appropriate repairs. I would highly recommend this company for your air conditioning needs.

Service technician was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly troubleshoot my AC issues. Once identified they walked me thru different scenarios and repairs. Follow up service was quick, clean, they took their time to ensure that everything was done right the first time. Definitely recommend Octane.

Overall great experience using Octane Air. They were on time very professional and did a great job doing a tuneup on my system before the heat of Arizona comes. The technician did a great job explaining what might need to be fixed And even showing pictures verifying how my air conditioners were looking overall just an outstanding experience.

John and Kalem from Octane air came out on short notice to give my AC units a tune up. Not only were they courteous and professional they quickly noticed that one of my fans was a bit noisy and that the bearings on the motor were starting to give way. They also recognized that the fan motor was still under warranty and were able to contact the manufacturer for me to get a free warranty replacement saving me several hundred dollars!

Awesome HVAC company! The owner, John and crew are polite, responsive, knowledgeable and importantly, HONEST! We needed AC repair on our unit at our primary residence in Gilbert and they came out in a jiffy. They gave us a transparent diagnosis and took care of the issue. We first found Alex and his team five years ago when our motor caught on fire in the evening, and they came out that same night.
