They were dispatched by my Home Warranty company and called me within an hour of being assigned. The appointment was set up for the next day. The Technician showed up in the appointment window, gathered some information of what was wrong and then got to work. The fan motor died in the A/C unit and he had the parts on him to fix it. The A/C is running great again. The technician was friendly and answered all my questions. Before he left he verified there wasn't anything else wrong.

It was great experience with Prime Hvac. Earlier American Home shield assigned the contractor for my AC repair, on reaching out to them... they were not available for week or so.... and without AC in the summer is not survivable. When I requested AHS to change the contractor, they assign Prime HVAC surprisingly they were available very next day. Ryan visited next the did the fix non working one and did the inspection of other unit which was working. and provided the recommendation. I am highly impress with work Prime did for me.

I recently had to service my ACs on my rental house in Chandler and choose Octane based on a friend recommendation. They did a great job on the service at a fair price and seemed very nice. I just had carpet installed and asked specifically to use covers on their boots and it wasn't a problem. Hard to find a professional AC company these days without just trying to up-saleing me on a new unit. I need my ACs to run for the summer for renters espically with it coming up. I'm glad I chose Octane for my service!

I highly recommend giving Octane air a call for your ac needs. I am so glad I did! Another company installed a mini split incorrectly causing a freon leak and refused to make it right. Octane came out determined to get it working properly and I am so pleased they were able to instead of trying to upsell me in a new one off the bat. Kalem was very kind and professional and took his time to make sure to get it diagnosed and repaired to get me through the scorching temps. I can't say enough good things! Octane Air did a fantastic job on my house and AC unit! The price was good and I know it was discounted for the unit I received. They were professional and were thorough. The unit in the attic and the install on the brackets is better than the original and the original was set well. They even did the duct work to where all rooms are finally having the air flow needed that wasn’t happening before. They finished timely and took all the old equipment to dispose. 5 starts for excellent pricing, work, and the honest and ethical service provided! I highly recommend John and his company Octane Air!
