Had an home A/C emergency and they fit me in first thing in the morning despite being booked. They Found out the job needed additional parts and even though he was booked they prioritized me so that I wouldn’t have to sit in the heat all day waiting for them. Definitely recommend

Justin did an outstanding job educating us on our options for a new unit. We were able to make the best decision for our family. We chose the Bosch unit and have been very happy with our cost saving on our APS bill!! Our new unit is 30% less expensive then our last unit. All the work was done as promised on time and as quoted. We have used his company for several of our heating and cooling issues. He shows up on time and always keeps us updated on any issues. We highly recommend Mission Mechanical.

The best! After another big name company came in for a "tune up" and just proceeded to tell us we needed a lot of expensive repairs without actually doing a tune up, I had Justin come in. He did a tune up and saw no need for repairs! We have used him a couple times now, always professional and the fact that he is honest and doenst try to sell us on unnecessary repairs means a lot! He's a trustworthy guy!

Justin is amazing at what he does. I gave him a call and let him know that my unit went down at my business location and he made time to come that same Friday evening to take a look. Found the issue and came back the next morning first thing to take care of it. Mind you, it’s an old unit and should be replaced but he was still able to fix it and have it up and running for me in 24hours. This company is efficient, professional, skillful, and there isn’t much else I can say but they’re awesome and I will continue to call them when I need them for my hvac needs. Mission Mechanical Services was recommended to me by family members who have used their services for ac repair and installation. I am very pleased with the pricing quality of work performed by Justin. He didn't try to upsell me to equipment or services that I didn't need. He was on time to our appointment for a quote and also to performed the new ac installation I requested. I can tell that he takes pride in the quality of his work and is willing to stand behind his work.

Justin has been the bright light of our home sale and new addition. We met Justin when we were having problems with the sellers of our house requesting unnecessary a/c repairs. He walked us through the whole request list and helped us get done what needed to be done after several other a/c companies said they would not help. He was able to find solutions that worked for both us and the sellers. Also, we have used him on our new house and room addition which included a new a/c unit and venting. He was the most reasonable in price and also provided such personal care and service through out the experience. Justin has become like a friend to our family through all the a/c things he’s helped us with. He’s a gem and I can’t recommend him and his company enough. Thank you Justin for changing the industry! Finding someone honest, reliable, and capable seemed like an impossible feat until we met you! I’m no longer scared to have any a/c problems because I know Justin will be there to help us out!

Cannot recommend this company enough. Our AC went out unexpectantly one afternoon and our previous HVAC guy referred us to Justin, as he was currently out of town. Justin did a fantastic job - he reached out to us immediately, showed up and following morning and got the blower motor replaced for less than the initial estimate. Completely exceeded our expectations! If you need any HVAC work done, Justin is the guy to call!!!

Justin is fantastic. He diagnosed the issue with my air and it needed new coils. Got the part and fixed it on a Saturday no less. If I had called the companies you see advertise on TV they would have told me I needed a new furnace, coils and condenser. By fixing the problem Justin saved me somewhere in the neighborhood of $18,000. The man is HONEST!

Justin is just flat out amazing!! We used him twice and both times he went ABOVE and BEYOND for us. He is honest, professional and a super nice guy on top of it!! We refer to him to all friends and family and those who’ve dealt with him seem to share the same sentiments. Having AC problems can be super stressful but when you find someone you can trust it makes things a whole lot easier. Five star plus!!

I scheduled Mission to come out on Monday and they contacted me saying they could come Sunday, which surprised me. Justin was very friendly and was able to quickly identify the problem with my A/C unit. Within an hour he had everything up and running again. Honestly, if you’ve had a bad experience with Justin and Mission Mechanical, you probably need to do some self reflection because I’d put my money on you being the problem.

I’ve used Mission Mechanical several times now—from simple tune ups to replacing entire units—and I cannot recommend them enough. I’d put Justin’s customer service, integrity, and HVAC knowledge against anyone in the industry. He’s honest, hard working, and without guile. He’s earned me as a customer for life.

Justin did a great job for me servicing my AC. He pointed out a possible issue that could happen in the near future. No hard sell pressuring from him to get it fixed. After talking with a friend of mine about the fix, decided to have Justin fix the problem. I will continue using Mission Mechanical Services in the future.
