Mission Mechanical is the very best HVAC company in Arizona! Justin is always available when we need him and goes far out of his way to be accommodating. He is honest and has always been transparent about what repairs are necessary. He takes his time and is so thorough when he runs diagnostics for us. He takes his time explaining the issues that he finds and always presents the options we have moving forward in a way that is easy to digest.

I have hired many big name companies in the past and was always told I need a new unit. When I first hired Mission Mechanical, Justin was so upset that I had been given this news and told me it was flat out not true and that our unit was fine! Justin has proven them wrong by keeping our unit in perfect working order for the last 3 years (and counting) !

Our unit was down on some of the hottest days this year and Justin still found time to come out on a holiday weekend and make sure that things were up and running! Having a cool space for our family was such a relief and we are so grateful that he was able to get it done.

He is very inventive and in situations where parts need to be ordered he always finds temporary solutions to keep our house comfortable for the few days while we wait for the parts to come in.

I called Mission Mechanical a couple years ago to help fix a badly installed new A/C Unit.

They were able to diagnose and have the system ready to go in a few hours.

Justin and his team were great! They first put the time and effort to try and get our AC working again. They took the time to take things apart and diagnose. My system was 18 years old. I decided to get a whole new system after I had seen how bad the wiring was from it over heating. I even got a notice from SRP alerting us that something was drawing way too much power. Justin recommended a few options for a whole new AC system. I went with the Bosch, which was the most expensive option but cheapest in the long run with efficiency, rebates and tax credit. I also got my bill today it was 365 last month and this month it was 290. ( I’d say 3 weeks of this bill cycle was on the New Bosch unit ) I also kept my temperature at 75 during the day and 74 at night just to see how the bill would be. I kept it higher with the old unit during the day. So the savings is pretty dramatic. I was told it was going to be around 30% efficient. Seems about right. Installation was done in 1 day. After the system was installed, Justin that night filled out the paperwork for my cash back rebate for SRP and my Tax Credit form and emailed them to me to mail out. He even submitted my Ecobee thermostat rebate. We were very impressed and thankful to have found them. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and that’s hard to find in todays world in the mechanical realm. Thanks again!

We have been having work done on our backyard and have found it difficult to find contractors with skill and integrity, living by the motto ‘Customer First’.

We first met Justin in a October when we needed our ACs moved during yard remodel. He arrived on-site on time, checked in with us at the front door before going through the side gate to start work on units. When he needed to leave to get some more material, he checked in with us and let us know when he’d be back and some instructions he gave to the remodel guys to dig a trench.

Upon his return the yard guys didn’t follow his instructions meaning he now needed to do more than he was contracted to do but he didn’t complain. He dug the trench, and ran the lines but to ensure not damaged during remodel, spent extra time wrapping the lines to protect them

When the units were moved and running they were fine for us but not to his standards so he stayed an hour after dark to make sure the quality was to his standards.

He had done such an amazing job, when we needed AC looked at today we called Justin. He checked in the same and found a small leak that he quickly fixed and filled up the coolant.

Mission Mechanical and Justin Day are a breath of fresh air when it comes to contractors and you are getting sub par if you hire anybody BUT Justin and Mission. Do yourself a favor, hire the right person and have a great experience.

Justin was an absolute rockstar—diagnosing the issue quickly, fixing the shoddy work left by previous companies, and replacing everything that needed to be changed. But he stuck it out, installing a brand-new outdoor system with precision and care, and now our home is a cool, comfortable 74°F.

Mission Mechanical is the most honest, hard working air-conditioning company I have ever worked with. We have several properties so manage a lot of air conditioners. Our 25 year old air conditioner went out on Monday and was clearly irreparable. Mission Mechanical sourced the best, most economical solution for us that day and by Wednesday early afternoon the new air conditioner was installed and cooling. The price was fair, the communication throughout the process was awesome, the work was quality and the service was unbelievably fast. What more could you ask for? A very happy customer. I can’t say enough good things about this company!!! In the middle of summer with 115° temps they came out late at night and took over a job that another company had been assigned and failed to fix by installing incorrect parts on our unit through our home warranty company. Prime HVAC LLC were friendly, professional and great to deal with. Needless to say, they are my ac company for LIFE!
