Chase came out for a service call and was easy to work with. He got our AC running again and was honest and fair. We will from now on always go with Wheeler AC. We asked to be put on a yearly schedule for a service tune up. They have our patronage from now on.

Staff is Fantastic!!! You will not find better customer service. Wheeler hvac always delivers from start to finish, I have used them for a decade from new build full HVAC system installation to package unit replacement, repairs and annual check ups. The office staff always follow through and are very courteous. The service technicians (Brad, Patrick, Jason) are professional, punctual, efficient, trustworthy and honest! Great company to work with, great people to work with, highly recommend!

We had a clog in our kitchen sink that wouldn’t budge so we decided to call Wheeler. They had a couple plumbers come out and within an hour of them arriving it was working great! They were very professional and respectful of our home and family, even warning us when it would be loud. I’d definitely recommend giving them a call!

Patrick was AWESOME! Explained everything he was doing, did an extremely thorough job at diagnosing then explaining our a/c issue and providing a detailed quote after his first visit. Then making sure that our ac repair was done completely and correctly on his second visit. He even helped us put in new filters, brought in my Amazon package and my cat (who is scared of everyone) loves him. By far, the nicest AC Service Technician we have ever met. (We’ve had 6 companies in the last year alone try to diagnose our issue.) We will 100% call Wheeler AC/Heating & Plumbing again for our home repair needs, just because of Patrick. Patrick and Brynly were fantastic. They were personable, very diligent about their work and went above and beyond cleaning up after they finished the work. They explained the process in detail in a professional and understandable way. We are beyond appreciative of all they did.

I needed to have the air ducts cleaned & contacted Wheeler. Patrick the service technician arrived within the window of time I was given, was very professional, friendly and explained what he would be doing, answered any questions I had & did a very thorough job. He was respectful of my property even vacuuming any debris that had fallen out from the ducts.
There had been some confusion regarding the scheduled air balancing & disc damper installation so unbeknownst to me Patrick reached out to his office & resolved the issue. The balancing & disc dampers were installed & now there is better air flow throughout the house. Thanks Patrick for going above and beyond!! When the need arises I will be contacting Wheeler Air Conditioning & Plumbing again.

They arrived early, , finished by the end of the day, cleaned the jobsite, checked operations, showed me how to set thermostat, took pictures of finished product. Workers were pleasant and personable, very professional.

Technician came out for pre-season tune up. Cleaned coils thoroughly and spent time in attack to ensure everything was working properly. Prices are reasonable. Will definitely use again.

We needed misters for our new home in Queen Creek. Prompt, efficient and professional service. We are extremely pleased with RAC and highly recommend them. Our patio and back yard are much more comfortable!

I live on the ground floor of a two story condominium complex. However, all the AC units are on the second story roof. In need of a new AC unit I called RAC for a bid. Upon arrival the tech informed me his ladder was too short. He called the company office and found out no one in the whole company had a 30’ ladder. I find this incomprehensible. There are lots of two story dwellings in the Phoenix metropolitan area. RAC did not earn my business!

Came in at a reasonable price, started at 7 and ended at 3. Replaced my AC and heater unit upstairs. Certainly not an easy job but Chad,
Jacob P., and Khristopher S. Did great work. Use them!
