The installation experience was everything we could hope for. David and Jake were friendly, courteous, professional, neat and efficient. The process was stress free and it's clear the company has a high standard for customer service.

It was 115 outside and our unit died on a Sunday night. I called Jeff Monday morning, he sent Mike to our house, and by Tuesday morning we were up and running with a brand new unit. The research I did showed me that Jeff was offering a better than competitive price and his service followup was superlative.

I had the good fortune to have Sam from Reliable come out and do some investigating and repair on an AC that was not functioning. Sam was both professional and personable as he corrected the problems on our AC. He was able to repair the issue and did not try to sell me on more expensive repairs or up charges. I’m a customer for life now.

Jacob did a great job installing our new ductless air conditioning system. His attention to detail and professionalism were commendable. I would highly recommend Jacob and Reliable Air Conditioning.

I had a feeling my AC was about to go out, so I started shopping around. I got a quote from FAC and then began saving up. Unfortunately, before I was comfortable with it, my AC started blowing hot air instead of cold. I emailed Jeff in the evening and he responded that night! I had a new AC unit and smart thermostat installed the next day! The guys that did the work were great, and they cleaned up the yard very well.

As always, these guys right here are the real deal! They don’t mess around! They do amazing work and stand by their work. Jessica is so nice and pleasant! Jacob is hands down the greatest. My mom gave him goodies before he left. My mom and dad said, “they don’t make kids like Jacob anymore, that is one good kid”. Thank you Reliable, you guys are amazing!

I have 2 Ruud units what were installed by another company in 2018. I have had nothing but problems with them and the install/service company has done nothing but give me the runaround. Well one of the evaporator coils was leaking. I found Reliable on Ruud’s website as an authorized service company. I told Jessica the situation and wanted to see if they could help or had any advice. She dispatched Jacob to my house. Jacob confirmed the coil was leaking and took photos for me. The other company who quoted me the replacement was less than Reliable so I will give the other company the job this time. Crazy thing is Jessica understood and Jacob refused to allow me to pay him for his time. Jacob told me he felt bad for our situation and was glad he could give a second opinion and told me to call Ruud directly about the several issues we have had.

Unbelievable how Jessica and Jacob went above and beyond for me. After the coils are replaced, I will use Reliable for other future work.

After the builders AC contractor came out to try to fix our AC multiple times, without success, we finally had enough and called Reliable Air Conditioning. They sent out two guys to check it out and found the problem (which was covered under parts warranty). After 2 years in our house our AC was finally working like it is supposed to! Very professional and honest company. Highly recommended!

AC wasn’t cooling. Jacob came out same-day and saved the day. Not only did he fix the problem but also stuck around to thoroughly check and test the whole system including cleaning the air scrubber filters.

We needed a 2nd opinion on our air. They were referred by Home Advisor although all the way in Gilbert. Jeff responded quickly. The guy showed up the next day. He was friendly and informative. We decided to purchase. They have a quote right away. The new conditioner was put up the next morning. They had a crew come out to remove the old one, so when the crane showed up, it was quick. We will use them again when we replace the other one.

Reliable Air were quick to answer and schedule my preventable maintenance appointment. Adam called to let me know when he would arrive and was very informative with my husband.
