The Calvin’s came by to check my unit was ready for the summer and they left me very impressed. They were informative and more than helpful. Would recommend 10/10 service.

A technician from another company (P&S's) came out for a yearly tune-up on my HVAC system. He performed one check and immediately told me that my unit was not working and that I would need to replace it. I immediately started calling for estimates from other companies and my daughter suggested that I call Burk Brothers HVAC. Other companies that I called just came out and gave me quick estimates ranging from $13,000 - $20,000. Burk Brothers HVAC came out and instead of just giving me an estimate, checked out my old unit to make sure that it could not be fixed. Within 15 minutes of arrival, they had discovered that a clogged drain hose had just kicked off a breaker and after clearing the clog and resetting the breaker, they had my A/C back in running order. They continued to look at the whole unit to make sure nothing else was wrong and found out that a capacitor was in dire need of replacement. I had them replace it and my A/C is working great. I would HIGHLY recommend calling Burk Brothers HVAC for any HVAC needs.

I had Burk Brothers install a new AC and Furnace. Process was flawless from start to finish. Excellent price and even assisted with SRP rebate program process . These guys do consistently outstanding work and stand behind it. Highly recommend!

Burk Brothers have taken care of our ACs after a crazy remodel had damaged the lines to our units. They found a brilliant solution and we had AC within hours.

Now they’ve come back and installed a soft start that we won in a drawing at our local market at no charge to us.

Met with Cathy and Teresa at Aristotle air today. They were super helpful and educating me on how to regularly maintain my air conditioning unit on my older home. They definitely recommended that I should maintain my unit by getting regular tuneups twice a year once in before the summer and then once in the fall.

Tech was early, very though, took time to explain each step and what he was checking.. Danny was outstanding. Very please with this company, every house I have owned Aristotle is the only company I will use.

When our air conditioner needed a significant fix recently, the Aristotle Air team went to bat to get our home quickly on the schedule. Daniel did an amazing job and also gave us tips for keeping the air conditioning units in working order in the future. Really really appreciated Daniel’s extra efforts to include us in his already packed schedule to help resolve the issues here during a hot summer. Aristotle Air goes the extra mile!

He was knowledgeable, arrived right on time and was able to quickly identify the issues with our primary air conditioning unit. As it was an air-conditioning unit earlier purchased from Aristotle Air and was still under manufacturer warranty, we were covered for associated charges.

2) Kudos also to the Service scheduling team at Aristotle Air who very promptly went to work to find needed replacement parts and to schedule installation for us. Service representative Daniel even came back to check that all was going well for the job. Many thanks to all. During a hot summer, we were so grateful to have a team that was so conscientious and helpful.

They installed the AC at my mother’s home and did the maintenance and that all went great. Today? A MESS! The AC has been out since Sunday. my mother called at 6am and left a voicemail- No call back! She called again, explained her AC problem and got a “I’ll check and call you back”..NEVER GOT CALLED BACK… she had to call and ask for an update.. When she asked for same-day help (in 110° heat, mind you), she got told the techs were “done for the day” and “doing more than they should.” Maybe if they actually listened to her 6am message and called her back after they said they would, this wouldn’t still be a problem. Disappointed.

Fantastic service, came out right away knowing that our A/C was not working properly and with the high temps it was pretty much an emergency. They said the day. Technician made the repairs quickly and with quality parts. Thank you Aristotle!!!

As always Aristotle Airi did an outstanding job! Our air handler motor died and they promptly replaced it. The service tech was great. I would highly recommend them!
