I had my air conditioner go out last week. It ended up being a minor fix thankfully. I had Carson call and let me know he was on his way, I appreciated that a pic of Carson was sent via text to me. I knew what he looked like and who to expect! Carson was friendly, courteous and explained that I should hose down my unit out back as this would help maintain the air quality. Carson was so helpful when I was clueless to anything with the unit. Also a shout out to KiKi who let me know she would get someone out asap and was so kind on the phone. My house was 96 degrees inside it was miserable. Thank you Aristotle Air (Carson and KiKi) 😊 Excellent service!

Todd was awesome. He was fast and efficient and was very personable. Give that man a raise.

I gave Aristotle Air Conditioning 5 stars. It all started with their great customer service person who called to book the appointment. She was very accomodating. The service tech Adam was super nice and efficient. I really appreciated the great service all around. He replaced and tested the new thermastat. I would highly recommend them for future work. Really enjoyed meeting with the team at Aristotle Air today. Turns out we’re going to need a new air conditioning unit this summer for our commercial business. Thankfully we know what we need and where to buy it from

KC Hall runs a bingo and hall rental service so we have a five different air conditioners they serviced all five of them quickly efficiently and for what I believe to be a reasonable cost

We don’t typically write reviews but we are so thankful for Aristotle. Each time they come they explain everything and teach us how to care for our system better. They don’t push us to spend money we don’t need to spend. We always recommend them to friends. We’re customers for life.

Very easy to work with, very responsive, and very friendly. With weather heating up quick, I expected a long wait for my AC to be inspected and replaced. To my pleasant surprise, they did both within a week!! The men that replaced the systems were super quick, kind, and courteous. I work from home and I wasn't distrusted at all. My home is freezing cold now. 5 stars!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I scheduled vent cleaning on a specific day. My husband and I both work from home and this process is too noisy. Two days prior to the service they left a voicemail saying they need to reschedule. I even got a text confirming the appointment. Never working with this company again

Todd was very friendly, and knowledgeable. He did everything to make sure that the heat was up and working, as well as that the issue wouldn’t happen again from switching back to a/c.
