Lipovic Heating & Cooling is absolutely the best. My AC blew out in 114 degree weather, and when no HVAC company would come out and did not seem to care, Ian and his colleague came within a couple hours to help us out. They were extremely friendly and they constantly show that they GENUINELY care. I could not recommend this place higher and I would give a 6th star if I could. They even were willing to work with my leasing office to ensure I could get it fixed as soon as humanly possible! Thank you so much Ian.

Yesterday afternoon I asked my friend Larry if he knew anyone who worked on older HVAC units like the old Goodman on my roof. He said he did and gave me Ivan's number. I called and we scheduled a timeframe for 8-10 this morning. It's 11:42am now and Ivan and Dan just left a few minutes ago and the old workhorse is up there pumping cold air into my old house once again! YAY!

Ivan is one of the nicest, down-to-earth men I have had the pleasure of having do work. He was honest with me about what was wrong, showed me the bad parts and let me keep them, and did not mince words or give me a runaround. Most importantly, he treated me with respect and kindness! And he answered all my questions.

As a long-time homeowner here in Mesa, I finally have an AC specialist I can trust. Here in this desert, you HAVE to have him!

Ivan was amazing. He came to give me an estimate on a new unit and told me the one I had was running great and not worth getting a new one. He explained in great detail how well the condition of the inside and outside units were. He also recommended when it was time to get a new unit about relocating it and redoing some of the duct work. He explained the only thing really that could use some work was a tune up on the outside unit as it was dirty and needed it. Said he could take care of it right away if I wanted to have that done. I agreed and before he even left the house was running even cooler. It’s nice to know there are companies still out there that are about customer service and doing what’s right for the customer, not just making a sale. Honest and reliable. Highly recommend to anyone

Grateful to have found them! Initially I left a message with them and they called me back in a timely manner. They came out to diagnose our heating issue and they were very thorough in the process. They explained the issue and gave us some options for fixing it. They did a short term fix to get it working while they work to ordering the part needed to ensure the longevity of our system. Through it all, they’ve been easy to communicate with and work with!

I was amazed at how fast they performed my service. And I got texts when they left and one as soon as they were done. And a phone call about what they found before charging me. And offered options on the repairs. Ivan did the work and is excellent. My tenants are very happy with him even wrote me to request him specifically. Totally satisfied, highly recommend.

Only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because I can’t give 6 or 7 on this app. Great guy and great service took care of my issue and everything works perfectly. Arrived on time and went above and beyond repairing my issue and instructing me afterwards. I’ve saved all of the contact information and will use Lipovic Heating and Cooling for all of my HVAC needs.

The best and most honest company. Ivan is one of the most honest owners I've ever met and a worker at the same time. On the same day, he was available to help me make an appointment as well as give advice on troubleshooting the AC unit until he arrives so that my family would be comfortable in the Arizona heat. Air conditioning went out and I called Ivan and they came out the next day and replaced the blower motor. Great service great price and super fast. They would had it done the same day, but I called him on a Sunday and they needed to pick up the part Monday morning when the supply House opened. Super grateful to them. Highly recommended!
