We researched 3-4 companies last year when we decided to replace or A/C unit. True Home won out with their price, warranty deals, and inclusion of the twice a year check ups. The best part is they call you to schedule those so you don't have to remember! All the technicians who have come to our house have been friendly, informative, and do great work. Highly recommend!

We use True Home for our personal home and our rental property. They are fast, honest, and very friendly. They inspect our HVAC units and offer reasonable recommendations for optimization of the units at both properties. We have also used them for appliance repairs and appreciate how hard they work to fix any issues and explain the reason/quote clearly. I would recommend True Home for your AC and appliance repair/maintenance!

Brandon from True Home Maintenance came out yesterday to do a tune up on my heating and AC system. He was fantastic--very polite and pleasant. He reported a few problems that he found and explained what they mean to me very clearly. It was clear that he was educating and not trying to sell me something. Finally, the tune up was very thorough. In the past, I have used some of the massive companies you hear on the radio who talk about doing things right and quality...True Home's service was much more thorough. I definitely recommend True Home!

Jared was a lifesaver! After my AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year, True Home was dispatched for my service request. Jared was able to come out same day and arrived early too. He was extremely thorough to identify and fix the issue. He was happy to talk through what the problem was and how he fixed it which you could tell throughout our whole interaction how much he genuinely enjoys his job. Great experience overall, I will definitely use True Home for any future issues.

I had a mini split installed earlier in the year. And it was already acting up. You definitely get what you pay for. Instead of going round and round with the guy who installed it, I called this company. And they were so accommodating, nice and knowledgeable. Joel was my tech and he did a great job! The connection on the outside looks better than ever! No more leaking inside my house. He knows his stuff. I’m very pleased with their services. I will definitely use them again!

UPDATE- THIS COMPANY LIED ABOUT MY SERVICE. SHOW ME PICS OF CRACKS ON THE LID. YOU RUINED MY CARPET I AM JUST WARNING OTHERS.

Through our home warranty we had this company out to service our washer. After looking at the service codes and tearing into the washer....decision was to replace the rods. Some info the washer was stopping and throwing error codes. So anyway rods were replaced, that night we ran it and it flowed over and threw water out....causing a flood in our hallway and spare room. Owner or Manager could of cared less....they brought out a carpet cleaner....who told us this won't help since it had been soaked all the way through. By the way if rods are installed incorrectly I found out it can throw it off balance and do what it did. However I warn Hiring this company....if it does go bad they won't help, and might cost you other repair costs. I am surprised of the ratings as high as they are maybe they should just stick with AC repairs. However management at this company is horrible so watch out. They never once apologized. Pics so you can see the proof.

Been using them for 4 years now and have had nothing but a positive experience. Just had Joel here service our unit and he was great to work with. He patiently explained everything in simple terms that I fully understood. I always want to support local business versus the mega corporations where customers are just meaningless numbers. Will be using them for sure for our next house as well.

I had Chris and his team out to check my HVAC unit as it was not putting out any warm air, dropping in temp instead of warming. After two visits that we thought would fix it, it was determined that the 20 year old unit was on it's last leg. The team at True Home worked with my Home Owners Warranty company and I was able to replace my old unit with a new unit at a fraction of the cost. It was done promptly and professionally. Highly recommend them!

Highly recommend this company. Our technician, Jared, worked diligently to find the issue with our furnace. Jared was professional, polite and friendly. Once the issue was found Jared fixed it the same day, even though he had to drive to get a part. I am sure our appointment made his day longer than it should have been. A bonus to his excellent work; he even cleaned up after himself! We will definitely call True Home Maintenance next time for any future need!

Ivan was fantastic! He was able to take care of tenants' issues in a very short time.

Lipovic H&C were very prompt in both communication and service time. Ivan quickly diagnosed my problem, acquired the fan motor and installed it early the next morning. In no time I learned Ivan possesses the “old school” mentality of great customer service, honesty, pride of workmanship, and value. Would HIGHLY recommend Lipovic H&C and will be my definite go to in the future.

End of June/July not the best time to have no A/C in Gilbert, Lipovic Heating & Cooling came out within the hour, diagnosed the 24yr old system was shot, quoted and had 3 temp AC units installed immediately and went above and beyond to perform an amazing installation replacing the air handler, compressor, all the lines and the ducting. Thank you guys so much.
