We have used Four Silos twice now and both times the service has been outstanding! Very strong technicians are excellent troubleshooting and defining issues and solutions with both the heating and cooling sides of HVAC. Special callout to technician Jason and owner, Richard , who work together to solve complex heating issue for me. I highly recommend!

I was rereferred to Four Silos from my Neighbor Jim T.
Dylan came out to do a condenser coil cleaning. First off their price was HALF of a company I'll keep unnamed (P&S).
Just after a quick look at my units he notice a few things that the previous overlooked, keep in mind I just had (P&S) out for maintenance about a week ago.
Dylan went ahead and took care of the oversights that were missed. He also gave me so good tips on keeping my AC running better. He also explained Four Silos maintenance plan which also seems to be better to the 'other company' and they do a much more though inspection/maintenance.
If they work with home warranty companys ( I have AHS) I would definitely request them for any work as well.
I would highly HIGHLY recommend them!

My AC went out while my fiancé was out of town. Richard got a tech out in 25 minutes, even on a Saturday in the middle of the summer. Zander was great. Very helpful and communicative. He actually showed me what he was talking about and explained the issue. He even tried to help me with my sliding glass door that was sticking! Great kid! We will never use another company! Highly recommend Four Silos!

Why didn’t I do this sooner? We just added a split system to our garage and I’m kicking myself for not doing it soon. Total game changer! Our Western facing garage used to melt but now with the split system, I can finally use the storage, keep holiday decorations and most importantly, it keeps the cars so much cooler. As a mother of two, I always worried that I was loading my kids into hot car seats. Luckily those worries are long gone. So grateful for Richard and the entire Four Silo team!!

On my walk yesterday morning, I saw some HVAC guys working on a rooftop. On a whim, I asked one of them—Richard—if he had time to stop by my house after his current job, and he said yes. We’d had someone else (who claimed to know HVAC) try to “help,” but they ended up loosening wires and causing our thermostat to stop working altogether.

Richard came by just like he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem, and got the wires sorted out. Now our HVAC is blowing cold again—and just in time for the heat. Super grateful for his responsiveness and expertise. Thank you, Richard!
