I have had a house refrigeration unit (heat pump) and a large evaporative cooler installed by scott and his team. They are prompt, efficient and competent. I will not hesitate to call them for future work.

True Home Maintenance did a wonderful job! They were on time and kept me updated on every step. After the service was completed the follow-up was great. Chad in the office made sure I had all the information on the warranty and extended warranty available. Life gets busy and I requested him to call back and he was on top of it. True Home Maintenance Air Conditioning came to our house to fix our AC that wasn’t cooling all the way. The technician came and checked everything out from outside to up in the attic! He told us the items that needed to be addressed and added Freon to our unit to fix is all back up! This company is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

After running into issues with a faulty 14-year old AC unit, I was referred by my home warranty to True Home Maintenance. This was after dealing with the first recommended company who could not provide immediate service. Now if you have never dealt with home warranty companies, you're very lucky. True Home was out diagnosed the problem, sent the work order in within a day. Unfortunately when dealing with our home warranty, we came to a snails pace. The people at True Home were ALWAYS in communication with me. I was explained in detail what was happening, and would happen going forward. Chris at True Home even scheduled work on their crews day off to take care of our much needed replaced AC. I was so impressed with their customer service that I signed up for their maintenance plan before it was even installed. True Home Maintenance AC/Heating is second to none. Honesty is the best policy! You will get nothing but honesty hiring True Home! Truly, the best company I’ve ever came across! I recently relocated to the Scottsdale area and bought a house! Not knowing anyone in the area, I had to go on my own to find somebody to come check my Hvac system as I was having so many issues with it! I hired three different companies to come out and look at it and all they did was charge me and try to fix the problem, but I got nowhere. I ran into True Home and the owner. Chris came out himself and wow, there was so many things wrong with my HVAC system that nobody even bothered to explain to me or educate me on. Chris took the time to explain everything that I was dealing with and his workers went right to work. My AC unit is finally working properly no more dirt flying in my house no more whistling sound and now my AC unit actually is cooling down my house more then I could have imagined! I never leave reviews, but I took the time to leave a review for this company because I was blown away at the professionalism and the effort that they took to find out what was going on! There was some serious problems with my unit and thank goodness for Chris for working till he found the issue! You won’t find a better guy!! Thanks Chris so much!!

It was 111 outside we noticed our thermostat wasn’t working and the temperature inside was rising really fast. We called and Steve came pretty quickly and fixed a wire on the unit outside that wasn’t connecting properly. It’s cooling great and we love TruAir!!!
