Four Silos is an excellent HVAC company, installing perfectly and carefully. We have used them on multiple homes, each situation and need were very different and needing expert advice and work These pictures were of our cabin in Heber, built of logs and no drywall or inside-wall spaces., yet they worked their magic and figured a creative way to provide needed heat, as well as cooling for the summer with this low temp mini split They will install in mountain areas as well as the valley deserts with the best equipment for the situation.

I had Richard come and put a mini split on my cabin, he did such a great job I have the log look so on the exterior you can see how he formed right around the logs, I will have his company do all of my AC work.

Four Silos was fantastic to work with! Their team was prompt, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. They were quick to diagnos and fix the problem and left the area nicer than they found it. They were very honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend using Four Silos for any HVAC needs!

Richard and Nickey are the best! I work for a property management company, and they always answer our calls promptly and respond quickly to our tenants—especially during the busy summer months. They’re communicative, reliable, and their pricing is fair. In the past, we’ve had to send other vendors out multiple times due to misdiagnosed issues or incomplete work, but we’ve never had that problem with Four Silos. True Home Maintenance came had an appointment scheduled for today. They called me and told me there AC technician was ahead of schedule can come early if it’s ok with me. It was great they could come early and I’m glad they could. Their technician sent me a text so I knew about what time he would arrive and I had a photo of him supplied for safety sake. None of this was requested, but ai liked the extra details provided. Then the tech was able to diagnose a problem with the contractor and a transformer both of which needed replacement on on 12 year old system. Repairs are complete and my system is blowing cold. The tech was a professional and had a great attitude that also made this a positive experience! Thank You True Home Maintenance Team!

I wish I could give 6 stars. True Home Maintenance Air Conditioning and Heating and their team were way better than expected. We had them come out to service our air conditioning units and they did a thorough inspection of the entire heating and air conditioning system and found that we were missing some condensation drains in our attic unit. They quoted us a fix on t adding them in and educated us on the importance for having them and it was a no brainer. They shoed before and after pictures and were in and out quickly. The price was very fair, and we were surprised that they said that the rest of the 19 year old unit was in great shape. Their honesty and professionalism was amazing and we are so thankful that we found them.

Being a business owner myself for over 10 years I can tell you they are true professionals and do business the right way.

Also, make them your preferred company to help with any appliance repairs! They saved the day when our washing machine sensory went out potentially leaving our house of 5 with a mountain of laundry piling up. Fast and efficient service and repair. Top notch!

True Home Maintenance is the absolute best! I had 2 other air conditioning companies come out before them and they said they couldn’t help me with my air conditioner and they didn’t seem to want to deal with my home warranty (Fidelity) even though Fidelity was the ones that sent them out! Then True Home Maintenance was the 3rd company to come out to my home & they went above and beyond to get me a new AC replacement since my unit was over 35 years old and was not repairable. Their professionalism and communication and reliability was excellent! Even though it took a long time for my home warranty to approve the replacement, True Home Maintenance continued to call them and give me updates! Highly recommend this company!!

Hello everyone!

I personally cannot say enough about this company and the staff that works for them! Starting off with the dispatch team being so friendly and welcoming, they were prompt and empathetic with our situation getting us on the schedule for this morning when they got assigned by my home warranty at 6pm last night.

SCOTT THOMPSON!! This man is the superstar to say the least!!! I can’t say enough good things about this man! Starting off with your amazing attitude and welcoming personality! From the moment Scott showed up he was prompt and wanted to help my pregnant wife and I that have been with out AC since Monday. He immediately got to work on our unit and as able to get it running again, he made me aware of everything going on and made sure we were happy before he left. We shook hands and Scott was on his way with a smile on his face!

Fast forward to an hour later our AC unit is down again and possibly putting our vacation on hold, I call back in to the dispatch team and with out hesitation she immediately responds with let me get with Scott and let him know, I was placed on a brief hold around 2:15pm and when she returned moments later I was informed he would be back out between 4 and 6pm.

I received a text at 3:30pm that Scott has arrived BACK my house and is getting started on the service call, I walked out side to greet him and again I was greeted with the absolute most positive attitude! Scott was reassuring me that he will get it fixed and cool again if he has anything to do with it! Fast forward to an hour later and behold our ac is running better then ever and we are relieved of the stress of our animals being cool while in vacation!

I truly cannot thank the entire team at True home maintenance heating and air conditioning from the bottom of my heart! You have given myself and my pregnant wife peace of mind and not to mention comfort to sleep in our bed tonight with AC!

True Home was able to schedule an AC service and inspection within a couple days of me calling. Joshua came out to the house when expected and reviewed the system. He explained how it was working to me and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. I am very happy with their service and will continue to recommend them to all of my friends and clients.
