This company was great. Eric cleaned the inner and outer coils on the ac unit, took pictures, replaced the capicitors, and fixed some of the flex duct that fell in the attic. It is difficult to find a reputable company, but I am confident in this one, and I will be using them for annual maintenance and repairs moving forward.

He got my AC up and running quickly without having to replace the blower and let me know routine maintenance alone should be enough to keep my AC going for the foreseeable future, saving me a lot of money compared to repair quotes I got previously.

First hot day and our air conditioning made a weird noise before a burning smell filled our house. Eric was out to us same day and gave us multiple breakdowns on what was wrong and how two fixes at two different price options. Saved our weekend! We came home on Saturday afternoon to an air conditioner blowing hot air. We frantically called the AC company that had previously serviced the unit through our HOA and they told us they wouldn’t be able to make it out until Monday. We tried all the big names and were told the same. It was a 118degree day and we have two dogs, one of which is a senior. We couldn’t make it until Monday with no AC. Luckily we called McCall’s and they were able to come out that day and got our unit up and running in no time. Not only that, but they didn’t try to upsell us, just an honest assessment of what repair was needed at an extremely reasonable price. We will be using them for all of our AC needs moving forward! Highly recommend!

My ac stopped working in the middle of the night. Then it started working again and then stopped again. Somebody recommended McCall to me. I called them and they came out the same day. Paul and Jacob (still learning) took care of the problem. It was the capacitor and Paul explained to me what it does. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my question. I never dealt with an ac unit as a home owner so I'd say, the price i paid was fair.

The tech explained everything they were doing and checked for balance air coming out of the ducts. I feel better knowing my AC system has been checked and cleaned.

McCall’s was a pleasure to work with. Scheduling was easy and they were very communicative through the whole process. The technician, Gonzalo, was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and walked me through all of the steps they took to diagnose my issue. They even scheduled a time to come back and replace a frayed wire that they did not have available on the truck.
