Mc Call’s air conditioning is an excellent company.workers are excellent, cordial and very clean. They go over & beyond for the customer. They provided portable coolers while replacing my unit. I highly recommend this company. They are awesome!

Today (9/11/25) I called at 9:00am and spoke to Lizzy (she was awesome). Alex has come out done the diagnostic and the repair by noon! Always 10 out of 10 service! If you live in the desert it is nice to know an honest, prompt, smart, and kind AC expert.

Gonzalo and Jacob serviced my AC yesterday. They were extremely polite and professional and they were meticulous in reviewing and maintaining all aspects of my HVAC. Drains, electrical components, and mechanical parts. Not just a "quick clean", a thorough review. My HVAC works hard, and they make sure it keeps working. This type of consistent excellence is only seen in owner operated businesses that view their clients as long term investments.

We had a basic inspection done on our A/C and our filters changed. Their communication with scheduling was awesome and the gentleman that came out to service our house was so polite and sweet. Very respectful professional company!

McCall is 5 star all the way. Our air-conditioning went out(in Arizona) I was told someone would come out between 3pm to 5pm, to take a look at what the problem was, they arrived before 3 pm, that never happens! The problem was figured out . I was told they would get the part and replace it between 11am to 1pm the following day. They arrived at 9 am. The young man that came out to install the new part was so polite and efficient! He was done and the air-conditioning was back on in less than 2 hours. Thank you McCalls, you were prompt, polite and efficient and most of all HONEST, we had another air conditioning ompany out earlier the previous day looking at it and we were told we needed a whole new unit on our 7 year old unit!!! We called McCalls for a second opinion!! So glad we did! They are #1

McCall’s technicians arrived promptly, were extremely professional, and took the time to thoroughly assess the system and patiently explain everything and answer all my questions.
To my surprise and relief, they were able to get my existing unit up and running-no replacement needed!

It was our lucky day! One of our AC units started blowing hot air (on a 118° day) and the temperatures were rising inside. Our usual company couldn’t come out for over 24 hours and we were started to panic. While getting ready to leave the house to find some AC, we saw a McCall’s Air Conditioning and Heating truck parked out front of our neighbors. Out of desperation, I called out to Dave, introduced myself and shared that our AC wasn’t working either. I asked if he had any recommendations (circuit breaker, etc.) while we waited for our appointment the next day. He immediately offered to come over and check it out! He found the issue, resolved the issue, and had us back up and running in under 10 minutes! We were so relieved. He was very generous to spend his time helping us after his long day and we are just so extremely thankful for his kindness. Thank you again, Dave! We know who to call moving forward!
