Last year my AC went out in the middle of June and we had to go the whole summer without AC. Had a few other companies come and try to figure it out and one company (let’s call them Pemper Pi) tried to charge me over $6000 for a compressor. I then called Fresh American air and Armando came and tried to fix the issue but unfortunately could not. He felt so bad that he couldn’t figure out the problem and was genuinely worried about my wife, son and I throughout the summer. He was the only one out of the other companies to worry about my family’s safety and that spoke volumes to me. Fast forward to April 29th, Armando and his crew came to my house and in under 5 hours had a new AC unit and furnace installed for an extremely great price for all the work that was done. Armando and his crew were so professional and amazing at what they do and for a great price. Im gonna be doing my business with Fresh American air for now on

Fresh American Air did such an amazing job a duplex one vacant one with a tenant. Our tenant said he was amazing, fast, and very happy to have cool air for their daughter. They were quick and installed the unit the very next day!

This was the second time using them. First experience was great they were early, fixed the issue right away and the price was reasonable.
This time around I am very disappointed I have been waiting for hours for them to show up and have messaged and called them several time and haven't gotten a reply or call back. Just a no show. I am seriously disappointed they could have at least let me know if they couldn't have made it out.

My vents were blowing warm air for a about two days, so I called Perfect Choice and they were able to figure out what was wrong within 10 minutes. 10/10 would recommend! Family and pet friendly😊😊😊😊

Used you all two times before this.... First time I was told the problem was fixed got super excited and very impressed... until two weeks later when you all had to come back because the same problem ( a leak ) was happening again and your guy says “I thought I fixed it but it’s fixed now”..... so I figured ok things happen. NOW.... my AC is out again I call you because my home warranty says you have to come fix it again. Talked to you yesterday and you stated you would be out to my house today and that I didn’t need to be home and you would leave me a detailed voicemail of the issue.... NO SHOW AND NO PHONE CALL AND WOUDLNT ANSWER MY THREE CALLS THIS EVENING! My house is now in the 90’s with two children under 5! It’s Az and 115 in the day and you think it’s ok to not show up, give notice, or anything at all....

Following your awful review! One the person I talked to must have forgotten that piece of information about no longer working with the warranty company.... so fail again! Second we do change the filters and I am from Arizona, so watch yourself and how you want to snap back at me. Third you don’t know what’s going on with it if you weren’t here to look and your technician or you yourself said it was a leak in the piping, so.... again FAIL! Lastly we just bought the house and were doing our best to try and get things up to date as needed. Not one time (from the both times) you all came out was a filter mentioned, possibly because I changed them! So blame everyone else as usual do instead of saying I’m sorry to hear and our communication was off.

This company is awesome! They drove across (and I mean from their location to Bell rd and I 10 to HELP US! Did I say HELP! Air was limping along and without hesitation had it working even better in record time. Pleasant, efficient, fair, friendly, masters of air conditioning and need I say more! They are my go to!

My unit randomly stopped working while I was at work one day, so I called Perfect Choice A/C. They were able to come out right away, figured out my fan motor was out, and replaced it in under 30 minutes. I highly recommend them!

Great service! They showed me the defective part and had me up and running within 15 minutes. I had them check my other unit as well and it turned out to be fine. This company is very quick and reliable. And they were able to work me in on a busy Saturday which is a big plus. Thank you James!

My unit was icing over and the last company that came out told me I needed a whole new unit... I decided to get a second opinion, so I called James from Perfect Choice. He came out and diagnosed my unit immediately! All I needed was more freon. I would highly recommend! They’re very friendly and helpful.

Had an emergency about a month ago- unit was blowing warm air. Had the same issue the previous summer, the servicemen couldn’t seem to solve the issue so this time I decided to call Perfect Choice. I was not excepting them to answer because it was Sunday, they picked up after two rings and took a look at my unit the very next day. After trouble shooting for a couple hours they resolved the problem. Unit has been blowing cool air ever since! Technician was timely (which is hard to find) and polite. I’d definitely use him again!

Save yourself money, call EHR NGUYEN 1st .... Several large companies overlooked a small detail, they just wanted $$$ warranty work charges .. SMH , NGUYEN fixed it !

Very pleased with the quality and attention to detail. They installed a new 2 ton split unit that I purchased. Completed the installation in one day. I would highly recommend EHR if you are considering an installation of either a unit that you are purchasing and need installation or a complete package installation.

I had the pleasure of meeting Joe this morning bc my ac was not blowing cold air. Within 20 minutes he had it up and running. Joe is such a professional man and a respectable human. I will continue to use him to service my ac unit.
