I cannot recommend Andres & Joe with EHR A/C enough! I’m so glad we found them. My family and all our businesses had an AC guy that we loved and all used but he passed away recently and trying to find someone who was just as friendly, just as honest, just as hard working and just as reliable was proving to be harder than I thought. Then I found EHR on a facebook group and called to schedule a time for someone to take a look at our AC system that just stopped working in our small business. Joe was the only one that called me back that same day out of the 5 places I tried. They got us in quickly and did a thorough inspection and were able to figure out the problem and fix it the next day! Joe and Andres explained everything step by step and gave us recommendations and advice along the way. They are a great team together and we are happy to have found them! Definitely recommend for any of your HVAC needs - it’s hard to find good people nowadays, but EHR is definitely a company you’d want to do business with, long term!

I called on Sat. afternoon late on July 4th weekend to get some help with my a.c. My wife and I were watching our two year old grandson with a failing cooling system and no other company we called would help..then we called Sam at Cold Case. Sam graciuosly drove from the east valley to the far north west valley where we live and fixed our unit. Obviously Sam's company cares about people and it isn't just about the money. Very reasonable cost knew what he was doing and was very responsive...it is not often you find these types of companies anymore...will definitely continue to use.

Sam has been with us since the A/C and furnace was installed (he was one of the ones who did so). He has checked the A/C every year, as well as the furnace. Sam saved us from the deadly heat of the AZ summer! He was very helpful and did an A/C repair for our unit. He was also kind and gave some great insight on how to maintain our A/C unit in the home and was very informative about A/C and HVAC. He's very experienced and courteous! Had a great experience using Proskill Services, when my AC stopped blowing cold air in the middle of the summer. Called them and they had a technician out to my house same day. It turned out the system was frozen and had to be defrosted, the coils cleaned and the system needed to be charged.
