Trusting an HVAC Company is difficult. AirServ was recommended by a neighbor so we gave them a try. Our Technician Elijah called us a requested if he could come earlier than expected, no problem. He was friendly, neat, and professional. He answered my questions and showed me what he was doing. Like buying a car you always think you could get a better deal somewhere else. I didn’t feel that way with AirServ. I have no problem recommending them.

We had a new air conditioner installed a few weeks ago and the install team was great. We had the indoor air quality 3000 installed today by Elijah. He was professional and nice. Made sure we knew how to change filters and answered all questions before he left. I would highly recommend this company.

Company is very detailed oriented, they examine your system and let you know what you need now and what your system can wait on. Professional and courtesy will use again.

I had this company come out today to perform a service on my system as it wasn’t cooling and my tech Brayden Keith was awesome to work with. He explained everything that was going on to me in a language I could understand, and he even took the time talk to the thermostat manufacturer for me as that was the issue with my system. I would highly recommend this company moving forward.

Very knowledgeable people they do want to try to sell you an upgrade you to a service I didn’t clean my coil, but they made it right with a refund.

From the very beginning of my interaction with Aire Serv I was impressed with the attention paid to me as the customer. I'm new to the area and contacted them because the owners of the home I purchased had used them previously. They were very prompt gave me a discount on my yearly plan and fixed a couple of things that needed to be addressed. I was fortunate enough to find Frozen Cactus Air Conditioning & Heating while living at a house in Mesa. Caleb took care of my heat pump while I lived there and kept it in great working order. Eventually I purchased a different home, and kept the house as a rental property. He kept the old heat pump in such good shape with his Advanced Wellness Check-up that I never had a call from the tenant saying the unit wasn't cooling. It was such a relief to not worry about who to call every year for my air conditioning service.

Once I moved into my current house in Gilbert, the air conditioning systems were different with pieces outside on the ground, and furnaces/equipment in the attic. Caleb was always available by phone or text while I was getting familiar with the systems and different thermostats. He prepared me for what the systems would need, after my extensive remodel, to make sure all the construction dust/debris didn't affect the efficiency of the newer systems. With the air conditioning systems on the ground, he showed me a few things I could do to help the systems work better in the hot summer, and he made it easy to understand why I needed to replace some of the smaller items on the outside unit. Frozen Cactus Air Conditioning & Heating has made my summers easier and they are the only company you will ever need for your air conditioning!
