Caleb was incredible and very detailed in his explanation what was going on with my AC unit. He also took short videos and went over them with me. He is VERY VERY knowledgeable in his line of work. I highly recommend him for you AC needs!

Caleb's great. He's worked on three of our rentals and our house. He's honest. If it's a 10 minute fix, he tells you. We've had a broken fuse, rewired to a new thermostat, compressor leak, and replaced a 24 year old unit. I always call Caleb first, even if it's only an estimate.

We had the extreme misfortune of having the AC breakdown while on a golf trip in Scottsdale on a 110 degree day in June. We had no idea a house could get so hot that quick?! The house was 95 degrees inside by afternoon!
We contacted our Airbnb host and thankfully they sent out Caleb from Frozen Cactus Air Conditioning. He had the issue figured out but didn't have the part. We had to leave, and he said he would get it handled. When we returned that evening, he was already on the roof. The unit was torn apart, there was a garden hose, and extension cords dragged up there. He had a headlamp on and everything. I didn't know if he was fixing the air conditioner or mining for coal up there? Soon the air conditioner started and was blowing nice cold air from the vents. It took some time, but did cool down enough that we could avoid going to a hotel for our last two nights.
My only complaint is that Frozen Cactus Air Conditioning isn't in my hometown in Idaho. Thanks for saving our vacation!

These guys are excellent !! Frozen Cactus saved us. They responded in just a couple hours. 110 degrees outside in AZ when the a/c died. Had called a different company a few days prior when it shut down once. They couldn’t find the issue. Frozen Cactus found the arcing wires and other issues, which could have potentially caused a house fire. Having used at least 5 different companies over the years, Frozen Cactus is absolutely our 1st choice. In addition to their knowledge, their professionalism and personalities were outstanding. My air conditioner died on a Sunday. It was awful! Everything was working fine and then the piece in the attic didn't seem to be working but the outside piece on the ground was. My neighbor had some AC issues recently and was kind enough to send me info for Frozen Cactus Air Conditioning & Heating. I text Caleb and after a phone call he was able to schedule me for later that day. I was very thankful he had an opening on a Sunday because I had to be at work Monday morning, and there's no one home to meet a service tech.

Caleb arrived in the 12-4 window and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. I was surprised he had the parts on his van, but he did, so he replaced everything and had the system cooling within a few hours. Even though everything was cooling right, he took a look at the outside equipment to make sure it was working like it's supposed to. He made a few DIY recommendations for what I could do to help my air conditioner cool better and maybe keep the electric bill from getting too high. I was able to sleep comfortably the same night!
