I'm not sure how he's done it, but Caleb has helped keep our original AC units running longer than I ever thought possible. We purchased our house brand new in East Mesa back in 2004 and it has two AC units on the ground and two furnaces in the attic . Since then, Caleb has been instrumental in helping us keep these 20yr old units running by performing summer seasonal maintenance and a few unavoidable repairs over the years. When I wanted to install Wi-Fi thermostats, Caleb was available by phone to help with some questions at no charge. I was able to install the thermostat and setup a schedule to maximize my SRP time of use plan.

One summer we were having problems with one of the of outside compressors and Caleb came over late at night, diagnosed the issue and performed some minor repairs to get the system cooling that night. He warned us that it wasn't a permanent fix and we would need to get ready for a major repair. Sure enough, the compressor completely quit not long after. He found all the parts, came back another evening, and was installing the compressor by headlamp!! Both of our units have been chugging along nicely since then. We aren't sure when we will have to replace our AC systems, but we are certain we will be using Frozen Cactus Air Conditioning & Heating when we do!

Caleb makes air conditioning easy! He's been taking care of the AC at my investment property for a while now. Before I found Frozen Cactus Air Conditioning & Heating I tried some other companies and was getting frustrated because they all said the same thing - your aircon unit is gonna die, you need to replace it, the freon is unavailable etc. Since I'm not really sure how long I'll hang onto the property, Caleb explained how to keep my 25+ year old unit ticking. Had no hot water over the weekend and found out the pressure relief valve was bad. AZ Home Services Group in Mesa swapped it out quick. Shower’s heating up fine now, no leaks or weird noises. Glad they got to it fast when I needed it most.

Had a water line buried somewhere under the yard and couldn't figure out where. AZ Home Services Group sent someone out to do leak detection. They pinpointed the exact spot to dig without tearing up the whole place. Saved us a ton of money and hassle. Good price too.

so we were dealing with this ancient toilet seat in the middle of summer that was basically unusable, way too low and just uncomfortable as hell. called AZ Home Services Group and they came out and replaced it with this low flow model. honestly the difference is crazy, like we're using less than half the water we were before and it actually feels normal to sit on now. the price was fair too, which was nice because we've had such a hard time finding people in mesa who actually know what they're doing.
