I have never been treated as bad and lied to like I have with this company! I was told to buy a unit, that the counter man wanted to sell us (it never worked).
After doing everything that the factory wanted us to do the wholesale house agree to return some money if I purchased a different unit and returned the unit.

When I called to see where my refund was at I was told to pick up the unit they will not refund any money!

Please save yourself and buy from so other company

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. Benny was fabulous. Our incubator is 20 years old and the solenoid went out. Benny went above and beyond to find a solenoid that would work as soon as possible, and he arrived to replace it the same day he got it. Fabulous service!

Always a pleasure to deal with ....we had an after hours issue ...they got back to us and came out the next day and corrected the issue at minimal cost...

My mother had them come out and fixed the AC in May 2015 and it cost $210.00. It is December and the heater is not working, so we will call and see why and if anything is covered fro the AC repair. Probably not!

Will update after heater is fixed.

A friend recommended this company and we decided to go with them when we needed our whole unit replaced. They gave us a better deal than the company we had been using for years and did great work.

My entire AC system was not evenly cooling my house and needed to be rebalanced. JRI guided me through the process, and the price was right. I now have an efficient system with even cooling throughout the house. I am sure the AC update will pay for itself very quickly.

After being without AC for 5 days, it was a relief to have JRI employee Keith Bloomfield show up on Tuesday morning and totally repaired our aged AC unit. Being a retired aircraft mechanic, I fully appreciated his level of professionalism and mechanical ability in correctly getting our AC unit back on line. To many AC companies out there are not to be trusted and will scam you. I feel they are a company that can be trusted to call upon. Thks JRI and Keith for a job well done😎👍

Jacob worked up in my attic with very high heat to repair my refrigeration problem . It is now repaired hurray . He is very young but is well experienced already . He was very polite and even put my garbage out for me . I am 83 years old . Thank you Jacob .
