Johnson Refrigeration is amazing. I have been there customer for years. I refer JRI to everyone that needs AC service. Last summer the AC unit that JRI has been servicing all these years finally needed to be replaced. They gave me a choice of replacing the old AC unit with a similar unit or installing mini-splits. I asked JRI about the advantage of installing Mini-splits. I decided to go the mini-split route. JRI installed 2 Mitsubishi mini-splits and took out my old equipment. I am so happy, they are so QUIET and my home is cooler and there is a big difference in my electric bill from last year. Thank you JRI

My mother-in-law passed away this past Sunday, and her unit died on Monday while family was in from out of state setting affairs.
We started with Penguin Air, who's tech was very arrogant very unprofessional.
They gave a quote for $2800 to replace a blower motor.
Off of the recommendation of my mother-in-law's neighbor, we called Johnson Refrigeration.

The lady who answered the phone was so helpful and willing to work with us. She was very patient as the situation was described.

The tech that arrived - Keith, was very courteous and professional. He explained the blower motor is one that is one of the most expensive on the market, but also gave an option to use a less efficient blower motor setup.

Since we are in town for a limited time, we went with the cheaper option, and they were happy to oblige.

We are from Arkansas, where honesty and integrity are important to us. Johnson Refrigeration seems to operate off of both honesty and integrity. They define what a company should be, and I would be happy to do business with them any time.

Jacob at Weather Masters did a great job for me. The broken shower arm was awkwardly high and tiled in. He managed to save the tiles I needed without cracking them. He was professional and pleasant and cleaned everything after the repair.

I've called WM a few times over the yrs for different issues with my new house. And I've been completely satisfied with their work. I never expect to have same day service but yet I have. That's the best when you're out of water. They understand the need to get your house back to normal.

I was really bummed when my water heater quit working on a Saturday morning. I looked at the manufacturer's website to find an "authorized repair" contractor. I started contacting them, and most of them never got back to me. Weather Masters however got right back to me and I got on their schedule in a very timely fashion. Because I didn't consider this an emergency, I was worried it may take some time to ge a plumber out to fix it. These guys were very quick and responsive to come get it taken care of. When the tech arrived (which was right on time), he was polite and professional and got the job done very quickly and the price was VERY reasonable. I was very happy with Weather Masters from start to finish! Highly recommend!!

We used Weather Masters when we first purchased our home in 2022 for our initial plumbing inspection. Their first impression was great and so we’ve always stuck with them.

A few weeks ago had an unexpected leak from the water heater to the kitchen sink. The water would leak from the kitchen wall and slowly pool in the carport. Laramie was able to come out for the estimate. He explained the process and why it happened. We were then referred to a leak detection specialist for accuracy on where the leaks were.

Today Laramie and Chance were able to seal off the leaks and reroute the hot water pipes up through the attic and in the kitchen wall. They were done within a couple hours. They did a great job cleaning up all the drywall, plaster, rock sheet, and dust. Both technicians are extremely knowledgeable and reliable. They’re always willing to answer any questions honestly and without the run around. Weather Masters does the job right the first time. We will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs.

I have received great service from this company, I highly recommend! They are easy to reach by phone and keep you updated on your technician’s arrival. Dwayne did a great job! He was professional and friendly. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. Not only that, but he took the time to explain the issue, answer all of my questions, and was careful my cats didn’t get out when coming and going through the door, which was very appreciated. Very impressed!
