Cris, Brennen and Boyd, went out of their way to help us with our A/C. The A/C went out in 115 degree weather and I called our warranty company. Weather Masters doesn't normally work with a warranty company; but the warrant company couldn't get anyone out fast enough and they authorized me to get my own repair company. I got Weather Masters and they worked with me and the warranty company to do the necessary diagnostics and "paperwork" to get the A/C repaired quickly. This required that I had to pay Weather Masters directly and then be repaid by the warranty company. I am very grateful to everyone involved here in getting our A/C working again. We arrived home after vacation to a leaking water heater. After calling at 8 pm, someone was out promptly. We did need a new water heater and it was installed 1st thing the next morning. Highly recommend!

We had an emergency plumbing situation Sunday evening when the copper piping in the kitchen snapped off (it was 15+ years old) and we were suddenly without water! I called Weather Masters first thing Monday - 7am to be precise and the the phone was answered!). and they were able to get a plumber over to us around 9am that morning. He came out, fixed the piping so my husband could finish installing the new faucet. Thanks Stuart and your team for always going above and beyond for your customers!

We have used Weather Masters for everything plumbing-related since moving into our home in 2022. It is a pleasure to have these experts in our home. Jacob and Jonathan did our work today, and they were a terrific team. They were excellent communicators, creative problem solvers, and patient answerers for all our questions. They flushed both water heaters, installed a new garbage disposal, repaired a bathroom sink stopper, and cleaned our shower head with vinegar. I told Jacob that after installing the new disposal he left my under sink cupboard better than he found it! These plumbing experts are careful with our plumbing and caring with us. Jacob was absolutely fantastic to work with! He came out last week to provide an estimate for our leaking hose bib in Ahwatukee, and we couldn’t have been more impressed. He thoroughly explained all of our options, answered every question, and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable.

This company is amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure you get taking care of. My air-conditioning was blowing hot air in the house. I called them and they came out right away. They had it fixed in no time. There knowledgeable and professional. I will always use them for any hvac situation.

Robert came out to fix the ductless split on our wine cellar and I could not be happier with his work! We had been quoted absurd amounts to replace the entire system by people who briefly looked at it and didn't take the time to really see what they could do. Robert figured out that he only needed to replace a portion of the system and saved us thousands of dollars! Plus he is kind and respectful and very communicative. I will definitely call him again for any problem we have in the future!
