Aire Serv was fantastic all the way around. Easy and fast to schedule an appointment. Showed up on time. Reasonably priced. Technician was super professional and personable. Felt comfortable with the job he did - he even made recommendations on less expensive ways to address our issues that didn't involve his services. Really feels like they care about their customers. He explained everything that needed to be done right away and gave me a good price for all the work he did and saved me from having to get a new ac. Very pleased with your company and will recommend.

Last night my air conditioner stopped working properly, so I Googled and found AireServ in my community. I emailed for an appointment first thing in the morning. A few hours later I realized it was a more dire situation than I thought, so I called their emergency line. I was set up for an appointment for the next day. 2 minutes later, I got a call from the owner (Clayton) and he was able to get a technician out to my house today! Showing up 24 hours early for an appointment was beyond my expectations. I'm so glad I emailed them and they were able to get me in right away. Jonathan did a fantastic job. He was very friendly and informative. I definitely needed some big repairs done today, but now I have cool air, my cats are happy, and I'm happy. Plus I signed up for the Advantage Plan and got the 15% discount, which saved me enough to cover the yearly fee and more. The plan comes with 2 check ups per year, which means my next check up in 6 months will be free because the savings today paid for it. I love that.

Brayden helped us out today. Was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping maintain our AC unit. Would definitely be happy to have him out again thank you!

Nolan came out and did the check up on our A/C. He did a very good, thorough job. He was extremely polite and answered all of my questions. I wasn’t charged additional fees. It was the amount I was quoted over the phone. Nolan was also customer service oriented. Great job Nolan.

We have used Aire Serv of Red Mountain ever since the owner, Clayton Copley, decided to stop working independently and join the franchise, and we have trusted Clayton for all our heating and air conditioning needs for over 20 years. Over time, technician Elijah has taken over doing our annual pre-season checks and has installed new units. Elijah was trained by Clayton to continue the level of expertise, friendliness and trust we had come to know.
