Called and spoke with April. ,explained our need and she scheduled time for someone to come out and give us a quote after checking out the issue. Not only did they come out on time, they were through and answered all of our questions. When they left and we got the quote nothing was a surprise because they had adequately explained it to us before.

When I called back to schedule service they were very accommodating and quickly got us scheduled. Day of work to be done and they showed up right on time and worked quickly hut efficiently. Jimmy and Jeremiah were great and cleaned up after themselves ensuring nothing was left behind. They treated my house and items with respect and tried to work as quietly as possible (work from home situation)

After my maintenance team couldn’t fix the plumbing issue I was having so they called Iconic Plumbing Chris and Ray came and they worked extremely hard and let me know where they were every step of the way. They finally were able to resolve my issue and more than willing to stay as long as it took to get it done. I am eternally grateful for them and the work they did. If you ever need work done ask for them two.

John and Michael were informative, showing me that the water pressure to my home was way too high. They explained what I needed to resolve the issue and we’re able to get the job done quickly and neatly. I feel safe now that my pipes won’t burst now that I have a new PRV. They replaced a tank less water heater on a rental of mine but are way over priced. They didn't even breakout the parts vs. labor charges. I will not be using them in the future.

I used them for the first time, because someone backed into the water shut off to my property and they fixed it within hours. Great customer service, and job well done.

They were called by my landlord. Although they did clear the drain from the roof vent it took me two hours to clean the mess up. Not sure how clearing the bathroom sink they end up with black stinky sludge in my tub ,on my shower curtain and the door jam. We spent an hour just cleaning under the sink. The tech walked through the mess he made on the bathroom floor spreading it into the living room to the front door.
I do know how it happened. He said he had just finished up clearing a kitchen sink the call before mine. He didn't rinse his cable off before my job. A kitchen line is the messiest and dirtiest line in a house. 4 stars for clearing the line. 1 star for leaving me to clean his mess up.

I had a faucet pipe break in my back yard. I called Dirt Dog Plumbing and they came to my rescue as soon as possible. Cheerful staff, quality work and great prices are the reasons I call them whenever I need a plumber!
