My plumber Abelino Caudillo Sanchez was very courteous and professional. He walked me through what the issues were and presented an option for repairing and one for replacing. I didn't feel pressured to go either way, just good information to consider and then repaired the problem. Water heater is working great again! Would definitely recommend using Patriotic Plumbing & Rooter again!

You never know who you are letting into your home or what kind of service you’re getting these days. Most places are pushy and we’ve all been there.
We found Pioneer on Angi and I was skeptical at first but so glad I called. They cleared my clogged kitchen sink and let me see the issue with his camera. He gave us a quote and best practices going forward but didn’t pressure us into a decision right away.
Would highly recommend their services and we are definitely using them going forward.

My tech, Matt, was prompt, courteous and professional. He came in to assess the problem in my laundry and said he wanted to call his supervisor to bring over a camera to inspect my pipes. After discovering my pipe embedded in my house slab, diagnosed a plan of action to drill down and replace the pipe that is totally clogged. I was given an estimate and while I can’t do the repair right now, they did say the would come back when I am able to do the repair.

Sewer Line replacement is not a project you look forward to as a home owner. But Patriotic Plumbing and Rooter made the experience painless. We got bids from four other companies and are glad we chose Patriotic. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and expertise started when we initially met with them for a quote. It then extended to the work crew. Zach and the rest of the crew were communicative, professional, and considerate. I literally felt like they were looking after our home and best interests during the process. My positive impression of them continued to grow during the clean up. They left no stone unturned during their cleanup, even hosing the sidewalks. No upselling, no hidden charges, no flashy marketing. Just good results for a good price. That's all you can ask for. 5-stars.

Would be 5 stars. Called and was supposed to be out yesterday between 4-6. 6:30 I called and scheduler said he went to house and husband said he would take care of it...But it was wrong house! Made a new appointment for today. Here early and fixed us up. Very nice. Put on shoe covers to come in the house, even after I said no need.. I would totally have them back.

Everyone that showed up were so nice and very professional. I do want to shout out to the 3 guys that did all the hard sweaty work. Charles, Dallas and Levi. They are truly the backbone of the business. That’s a lot of hard work digging and replacing pipes but they never complained and were such nice guys! I definitely would refer this company and the employees that were here working on our project! It’s a 10 out of 10 for me!!!

Patriotic Plumbing & Rooter came out today to help me with a water pressure issue. Robert was wonderful. He was patient with me and all my questions. Fixed the problem in a short amount of time. He showed me the work he did and explained how it works. I received such great service and the price was very affordable. If I ever need plumbing service again I will call this company.

I needed a water heater installed ASAP. I left them a message online, and 10 minutes later, received a call back letting me know they could have someone out within a couple hours. Drew and Landon showed up on time, and got to work on getting me hot water. They had me up and running in no time and I couldn't be happier. Devon did a great job. He was very personable. Good customer service did an excellent job, made it look real good went out of his way to get us on a Friday night and come back in Saturday morning and fix it up. A great technician had no problems with him. And the job looks great.

Devon M. came to my home on a Saturday. Helped us detect a leak and also did a few other requests. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, clean, and great attitude. Wasn’t rushed and answered all our questions. Highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible. Came to our house to do some work and LIED about doing the work. Sent pictures of someone else’s home and said they “came and did the work”. $10,000 job to be exact. Not only did they LIE about doing the work but they also came inside our home. After finding out that they didn’t do any work we rescheduled to actually have the job done to which they dug a hole in the ground and left. Said they were tired and had to wait for another tech to come and help. It’s been two weeks since then…. Over a month from the beginning of this terrible process. Now they refuse to come a reschedule and fix their mess up. Thanks now I have a huge hole in my yard. The absolute worst company ever. A SCAM. Reporting to the better business bureau. Unbelievable.
