We worked with Summit Plumbing Pro about 10 months ago to install a water filter, and our guy Chris did an amazing job. Recently, we had some other issues as our property management company sent an another plumber who accidentally caused an issue with the system, and when we reached out to this company, he showed up the very next day to fix the leak. He handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care.

Call them, you won’t be disappointed. Needed a bath faucet valve leak and toilet tank leak fixed, and done in less than 24 hours from time of call. Received great service, wonderful communication, and perfect results! McKenzie at the office was personable, very flexible to accommodate scheduling needs. Chris T our tech is professional, direct but casual in what was needed, providing simple understandable explanations to repairs being done. Hopefully I don’t need another plumber, but if I do I’m calling Summit!

I had the best experience with summit plumbing pros. I worked with the office staff Samantha for almost 2 months of my warranty company giving us the run around. She was so patient and understanding. That company is lucky to have her. I even spoke to the owner personally he was so helpful and empathetic with my hot water heater issue and they helped me through the whole process. I highly recommend this company and will use them for all my plumbing issues and will recommend them to all my family and friends!

I worked with Summit for over 2 months to get a shower valve replaced in my home. Finally after repeated calls from me to follow up on the part and uncover when the tech would be returning to my home to do the work, we finally had an appointment set to do the work. Then they texted me 18 minutes before the tech was scheduled to arrive and said "I'm sorry to inform you that we will not be able to service your shower". I took the morning off from work and they certainly knew prior to 18 minutes before our scheduled showing that he wasn't going to show. I won't work with or recommend Summit.

What an awesome young man, his appearance was exceptional. His greeting was exceptional his appearance was exceptional. His greeting was exceptional a smile on his face that made you feel comfortable.
He explained everything step-by-step showed us all of the flaws in our bathroom work diligently to show the errors of having our new commode put in several years ago and what the contractors did not do and what they should have done nice addition to Summit plumbing Thank you, 😊 Brian, you are a wonderful young man , Keep up the good work

Update- As promised I said I would update my review. Larry did call later that same day and said he would come out. He did and fixed the water issue. He was very helpful and tried to make our experience better and we appreciate that. I told him I still would complain that McKenzie needs to do better in her customer service skills.. PERIOD!
The customer service is deplorable. Mckenzie needs to get another job because she is terrible at this one. I called because we had a repair on our water softener and the guy turned the pressure really low and forgot to put it back (mind you the original issue was NOT about the pressure) so I called to have him come back and fix the pressure. She said they would not be able to have someone come out for 4 days and we already had been dealing with this for the whole weekend because they didn't answer the phone on Friday. I said we can't get our water what are we supposed to do and she said well if I had an earlier date I would have made it on that date but I don't. That is very insensitive when your representative failed to check the pressure after the repair. I only used them through the home warranty but I will NEVER use them again.

I had some plumbing repair done for a leak that caused a bit of damage and within a few hours we had Christian K. Come out to inspect the problem and he was extremely kind and very thorough! When Christian came back out to fix the problem, Luis R. Came with him and was just as great to work with! Couldn’t recommend them enough! The leak is fixed 👍

Steve did an excellent job rebuilding the toilet , he called earlier and we were able to have him here earlier for the repair. He explained all that was done, was efficient and very thorough with the job to be done. He was in and out within an hour. I commend him for an amazing job well done. They came out four times in one week and were consistently effective, efficient, and incredibly patient.

They took the time to educate us throughout the entire process, explained our options clearly, and were very cost-effective. Most impressively, they were able to fix our slab leak without tearing up our floors, which made a stressful situation so much easier.

Anthony and Christian were professional, respectful, and honest from start to finish. I truly couldn’t have asked for better people and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with a slab leak or plumbing issues.

Steven, of Summit Plumbing Pros, went above and beyond to get the job done right and in a timely manner. He was on time, kind and patient with me (my water heater blew and I was working with a home warranty - not an easy process) and he stayed the course. Not only a knowledgeable and skilled plumber, but a good human! I highly recommend him and I will be referring him to family and friends -:)
