This company did a great job, but it was far from affordable. It costs over $2,500 to remove and replace our hot water heater. They wouldn't give me a quote over the phone or I definitely would NOT have used this company. We had to use all of our savings and didn't get other quotes as I trusted Affordable Plumber to live up to their company name.

Chris the tech is a Rockstar ! Respectful, prompt, personable, knowledgeable, courteous, and goes above and beyond.

However this would be a 5 star review if it wasnt for VERY MINOR issues with scheduling and dispatch.

Other than that very helpful with the services. I would suggest asking for Chris!!

Summit Plumbing Pros LLC did an amazing job fixing my water heater. Their customer service was outstanding—friendly, fast, and very professional. They showed up right on time, explained the problem clearly, and had it fixed quickly. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Chris is very appreciated for his exceptional care and kindness shown in our repair needs. Our sump pump stopped working during a recent storm and we had a flood in our basement because the water wasn't being pumped out. We scheduled a repair date, but a weather report came in predicting another massive storm. Chris thought of us and decided to work late to replace the bad pump ahead of the storm. He was thorough, thoughtful, and got the job done. We are now safe from flooding. We are keeping his business card for future use. I was referred to Summit by a friend who said the employees were knowledgeable and very pleasant and nice to work with! I found that to be an understatement! I first spoke with Christian about getting my water heater replaced. He was quick to respond with a very reasonable quote and the best thing was he was able to schedule the install that same evening! Christian was very professional during the whole process including the installation! He is a very kind and genuine person!!! Thank you for saving the day!!!!

Joe and Samantha with Summit Plumbing were great to work with! Like many other reviewers here, we were directed to Summit Plumbing Pros by our home warranty insurance. The whole process with the plumbing service was smooth and easy to work with. Unfortunately, we had minor water damage that resulted from the plumbing issue so home insurance, water mitigation, and rebuild contractors had to get involved. However, Joe, being the plumber, was very kind, knowledgeable, and did what he could to make sure we were taken care of. They were always responsive and Joe was ready and willing to come out when needed during the whole process. We will definitely use Summit Plumbing’s services again for any plumbing needs in the future, and will recommend to anyone searching for great, prompt plumbing needs.
