Anthony went above and beyond to explain what was wrong, so that I could understand what was happening and what needed to be done to fix it, and even fixed a completely separate side issue when I offhand mentioned it to him. Super knowledgeable, kind, polite and helpful!

Summit Plumbing Pros are incredible! I had a backup going out to the street. They cleared it and even replaced parts under the sink. Christian and Louie were very professional, on time with reasonable rates. Go with these guys. You won't be sorry!

Antonio did a great job in resetting our toliet which was not sitting flush and water was seeping out from the bottom. He was respectful and cleaned up afterwards. While he was here, I asked for a quote on changing the hardware on our shower and he gave me advice on what brands to buy to make install easier. Summit was sent via my Home Warranty company. I don't really bother keeping note what companies the warranty company sends, but service was solid with Summit / Antonio and I would hire them for non-warrantied items.

Amazing service Chris came to fix/replace 2 faucets and a garage disposal. He knew exactly what the problems were. Fast friendly and professional thank you again will always refer a friend or family to Summit Plumbing Pros LLC

Steve was great. He went out of his way to make sure our water heater was fixed as quickly as possible. He was on time and friendly—great service! The office staff, Jenna and Samantha were both very helpful.

Ty from Summit called and apologized for the lapse in communication after Summit responded to a service call. Summit was dispatched by Super Home Warranty for my cracked toilet tank, but I did not hear from Summit after the claim was denied. I could not get a call back. Ty assured me that the service was not in line with their typical standards and outlined how it should have been handled. He said he would provide the appropriate feedback to his staff. He was professional and empathetic about the problem. Although I had already resolved the plumbing issue on my own, he did what he could to make it right. I appreciate the honest apology and believe this company does care about its customers and reputation. Thank you, Ty.

Joe did an absolutely outstanding job helping me diagnose and resolve an issue with my GE smart water heater. He took the time to thoroughly investigate the problem and even contacted GE directly on my behalf, despite them being very vague and unhelpful in providing support.

What really stood out was Joe’s dedication—he didn’t just stop there. He came back to my house and continued working through the issue to make sure it was properly addressed. His patience, professionalism, and commitment to customer service were top-tier. In the end I had to get a new water heater, which Joe installed for me.

I highly recommend Joe to anyone needing honest, reliable, and thorough service. He truly goes above and beyond.
