Patrick was great. He corrected a non-code plumbing problem with my water heater and fixed a nonworking bathtub stopper. He was able to fit me into his schedule within a day, and did the work expertly and efficiently . . . and for a reasonable rate. I highly recommend him.

After reading positive reviews, I gave Patrick a call to inquire about replacing our leaking water heater. Unlike other places I contacted, he took the time to check for a warranty and gave me a few options and recommendations on how to remedy the situation. After it was all said and done, he and his apprentice exceeded all of my expectations. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and it’s comforting knowing they did the job right. I will definitely give them a call for a future projects, and will recommend them to all of my friends/family in the area.

Patrick came out on time to install a new water system. He was very professional and got things done quickly. The price was very good and got everything that I wanted. Needed plumbing work for a new tub install (drain relocation and shower valve/pipe installation). It took a while to get on the schedule (my availability was limited too), but once we nailed a day down, they were on it. I'm very pleased with the quality and value. Pat is very skilled and clearly takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Affordable!

Called Pat and asked whether he could come out and add a valve and hook up a dishwashing machine. He arrived later the same day. All of his work was excellent and at a great price. I've had several plumbers out and Pat is by far the best.

Pat and his apprentice Cody just completed two toilet installations, one bathroom faucet installaton and two shower head replacements as well as a water regulator replacement and the experience could not have been better. They were efficient and left the work areas immaculate. Pat explained the basic plumbing concepts to me allowing me to understand my options going forward. I very much appreciated that for the first time ever in having a trades person in my home there was absolutely NO denigration of any previous work done in the home which is an important indicator of integrity to me. The cost was reasonable and as the company name says--affordable for me. I would not hesitate to use his services or recommend Affordable Plumbing to any and all who would need plumbing services.

Pat is amazing at what he does. We have had Pat to our house a total of 4 times now. He has fixed a leak under our toilet, installed a new toilet, cleared a clogged bathroom sink, installed a new water heater, replaced all the filters and mounted an existing RO system to the wall, and he just repaired a leaking pipe we had underground. While our house has abnormal piping every job he has done has turned out impeccable. He’s coming back to repair another leak he noticed from a previous repair man. Pat is very honest and to the point. His pricing is very affordable and he doesn’t price gouge. We couldn’t be happier and lucky that we found Pat.

Pat has done both repair and renovation work for us and has provided superior quality service at reasonable prices every time. He first cleared a clogged sewer line and called to check in after to make sure the issue was resolved which I’ve never had a plumber do before. He also provided best practices to care for our plumbing so we could avoid the same issue in the future. Based on our experience with him and his attentiveness to our issue during our first service experience we hired him again to complete the plumbing work when we added a laundry room in our home. He was quick and efficient isn’t in completing the work a c explained everything he did before he finished the job. He again called a few days later to make sure the renovation was completed to our satisfaction (he also referred us to a great carpenter to help build the room.) He goes above and beyond for his customers and I’d highly recommend him to anyone!

I called Pat because of the extremely positive reviews and recommendations I found on NextDoor.
Due to a repair needed in our master bath shower, we had to shut down water for the entire house. I called him on a SUNDAY and he ANSWERED!
If that wasn’t impressive enough, he suggested that if we could wait until the next day we wouldn’t be charged the more expensive weekend rate.
He was able to come in the next morning in between 2 previously scheduled calls and take good care of us.

Patrick has been amazing to work with. I was introduced to him when I was selling my home and the buyers wanted a plumbing inspection. Patrick offered an unbiased and fair inspection of the house. I asked at the inspection for him to come back and perform the repairs as he sounded very knowledgeable about the plumbing work and knew what he was doing. He since has been very responsive and been very open about costs for the parts and everything. Very fair with pricing and for his time. He is very responsive and was able to fit me into his very busy schedule. I would definitely use this Patrick and his company again and will be referring him in the future.

New Sink and Faucet Install - we kept the disposal and RO system.

We called Pat on a friend’s recommendation, and it was a good call. We liked how Pat answered his own phone the first time we called, did the research to find our options for a new sink and faucet install, and listened when we voiced our opinions on those choices. We’re happy with the end result. The installation went fine. Cody and Walter kept us apprised of their timing, arrived when they said they would and went right to work. We encouraged them to take a pizza break for lunch, and they kept it short and went right back. The end result was leak free and professional looking and they cleaned up when they were done. After they left for their next job, we noticed a small cosmetic adjustment that was needed in the drain. A few text messages later, they were back at our door that night to make that adjustment. In and out in 15 minutes and they agreed that the change was needed, so we didn’t feel we were being too picky.
We’ll keep Pat’s number in our phone, and he’ll be our first choice whenever a plumbing issue comes up. Thanks, Pat, Cody, and Walter. Good job.

Pat is an excellent plumber. He has done many plumbing jobs at our home over the years. Recently he installed a new toilet, a beautiful kitchen faucet, R/O faucet and reinstalled a toilet that was not properly installed. He is highly skilled, prompt, friendly and affordable. Pat even removes his shoes which I totally appreciate as we do the same in our home. We highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

I would highly recommend Affordable Plumber for plumbing work. Pat got a team out to my house the same day I called. Price was competitive. Great team to work with and they did a great job in some additional repairs needed as part of the replacement. Only reason they get four stars is that they don't put booties on over their shoes when walking around the house. Some companies do this, a lot don't, that little bit of above and beyond would give these guys five stars. Would use again and would recommend to friends and family.

For the past three weeks I have had issues with my water heater and a water leak. Thanks to Pat and his company I was able to learn more about my property while having great service! The crew is extremely quick and precise. Pat really educated me on the entire process and that means a lot as a new home owner! I now have a new water heater and a repaired water leak. They came out to clean my drain. They quoted me $150 for the first hour, and when they arrived, without even looking they said it was $250 and a mistake was make in the initial quote, already a bait and switch. He attempted to clear the drain but kept backing out the snake a lot really making little process, which seemed like he was buying time to get to the next hour. He wasn't making any progress and two drains that were about 12 feet from one another were backed up. he looked under the bathroom sink and ended up tearing out the drain pipe to the wall. granted it was rusted, but he ended up leaving with more work that needed to be done and I still had no cleared drains and was charged $200 for nothing. Found another company and very happy with their work and they quoted for the entire job, clearing the drains fixing the bathroom drain which required replacing the piping in the wall because it was broken so far back. Also, this company was bought out and is now Aztech Mechanical.

I recently had a bad leak and called affordable plumber, Pat stayed with me on the phone, told me what to do and helped me get the leak under control. I scheduled a time for him to come out and correct the problem. Walt & Cody came and repaired my leak & replaced new pipes. They were friendly and professional. They did a great job and cleaned up everything. I was pleasantly surprised how affordable it was.Great Service, Great Job & Great price. I will definitely be using them again!!

Pat has been so great all the times he has come out to our house! The issues we have had were slow draining in the bathroom and the wall drain for the washing machine filling up and out twice. He has resolved our issues quickly and has always come out the same day. He is always good about communication, friendly, timely and very affordable. My mom has used him as well and I would refer any friends or other family to him for their plumbing needs.

Jeremy was very professional when he came out to my house in Maricopa. Very grateful for his kindness and professionalism as he discovered an RV hookup plug and wiring leading back to my electric box which is tampering into my electricity. Affordable is qn amazing company that does great plumbing work. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a good plumber.

Pat just left after installing a tankless water heater and we cannot be happier! He came on short notice and got everything done in a day. The best part, significantly less than the big plumbing companies out there and much better service. Thanks pat!!

These guys are a scam the plumber showed up in no identifying uniform and then criticizes my mirror isn't centered and my vanity isn't connected to the wall and faucet is bad as the problem and that it would cost $500 to do everything and stated he didnt have the time. So called plumber then proceeds to supposively tighten things up under the sink and says it's all done. And then wants to charge me $95 for being there for 8minutes to act more like he's remodeling my bathroom than fixing my plumbing. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS
