Superstition Plumbing came out to repair a pipe connection and Jason was efficient and professional in completing the work. He also gave me some pointers about maintenance on kitchen drains. A neighbor recommended them for their fine work and I would agree.

Don from Superstition Plumbing responded within 40 minutes of our call. He quickly fixed one problem with waterflow and diagnosed the other problem where one valve was broken and another Frozen with corrosion. He removed and replaced the bad valves and covered the hole in the Sheetrock with and inspection plate. Professional, quick and efficient.

Our company has been using superstition for years. I asked for a couple of simple repairs. A dripping faucet and resetting a toilet. Then I find out that superstition is now charging $250 for each faucet cartridge repair. So if you have a faucet with a separate hot and cold side handle, you are paying $500. $500 for a faucet that is worth $300 all together. unfortunately I'll be looking for a new company because of the prices.

Had a slab leak repaired - fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. The technician, Jared, was very professional, skilled, and awesome to work with. Will be calling them next time I need some work done.

The communication from Superstition Plumbing, was outstanding. They sent a text advising me of my appointment, and they texted me with a photo of the technician, Jeremy, letting me know when he was enroute. Jeremy explained everything he was going to do, and went over the cost. Jeremy completed the work in a timely manner, and he cleaned up after he was done. I will be using Superstition Plumbing, again, in the future.

I have used superstition plumbing five times now. All five times they did excellent work in a very short amount of time. However, the first four trips were time and material and very reasonable. On the fifth trip and final trip. The prices are hard bids at double to triple what the time and a half charge would have been. Quote to set two toilets was $442. I did it myself in 20 minutes per toilet. I am no math whiz but I believe that's over $600 an hour.

Very prompt in sending a technician - Jason - who did a great job explaining the RO system replacement and location. He had to source the system and came back a day early to replace the existing RO system, which was leaking. He looked for the best location for the system and completed the installation. I had Matt come out to clean my dryer vent. What a great experience. He was professional, thorough and there were no billing surprises.
When he left, the vent was clean, and I felt that he addressed the safety issues and made sure my dryer was running at it's peak performance.
