I recently hired North Star Plumbing to repair a leaking faucet, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The technician arrived right on time, clearly explained the issue, and provided a fair, upfront estimate before starting any work.

The repair was completed efficiently, and everything is now working perfectly. I also appreciated the extra care they took to protect my belongings and keep their working area clean.

Eric arrived on time and put covers on his shoes which I appreciated as the floors were mopped earlier in the day. He was careful not to make a
mess and at the end of his work he cleaned up the area. He worked quickly, was friendly, and answered my questions well. A+ experience!

Eric Green did a quick excellent job serving our tankless water tank. Hot or cold water is available vs just having warm water at all times and pressure is great.

Our kitchen sink was backed up. On a Saturday morning Marco Velasco came to our home to fix it! Very professional and over 25 years experience as a plumber. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was fixed with our garbage disposal so we wouldn’t have any leaks. Great guy and great service from Northstar plumbing!!

Marco came out for a water heater flush and noticed some issues with our current water heater. He was very insightful, and friendly, also helped us avoid a serious future problem. He did a full install of a new heater and would seriously recommend him to anyone moving forward!

We called for and quickly got an appointment with Northstar for several issues. Eric showed up on time and patiently listened to our multiple plumbing issues. He immediately got down to work. You could see right away that he was professional and very experienced. We found him to be neat and tidy and he seemed to check and recheck his work as he went. Later, we added some things to the list and even as it got late in the day he got right to business and fixed everything nicely. This was one of our best experiences with a person in the trade. We will use Eric and Northstar Plumbing again and would recommend them without hesitation.

Just moved into my new home and there’s lots to be done. Woke up at 6am stressing out and thought, “maybe I’ll have someone come out and fix my water pressure valve”. I used Reeis for my HVAC and they’re connected with NorthStar so it felt like a safe choice. I went online and made my appointment at 6:51am and Marco, the amazing plumber I worked with, was here by 7:50am.. for an NON-EMERGENCY. You just can’t beat that kind of service. Not only did he fix my water pressure valve but he taught me about the workings and how to adjust it myself! As a woman, I always appreciate when a man of the trades treats me as their equal and Marco did just that. He was kind and personable and I will be calling him for every plumbing need in the future.

I use Northstar plumbing for an emergency water leak. The rep Marco Velasco addressed the issue immediately, ordered parts & fixed the issue in one day. The technician arrived one hour after the assigned window. The reason for the trip was not communicated correctly to him, so he didn’t have a garbage disposal with him and then had to leave to pick one up. Further delay. And most upsetting was that the price that he quoted me was $100 higher than the inflated price I had first been quoted when I scheduled the appointment. Although the office agreed to take that additional $100 off the price, the price I paid was $350 for the disposal plus $500 for labor - installation that took less than one hour. Extremely unfair pricing.

Our water heater failed just before new years. It was touch and go given the new years holiday but Marco came out diagnosed the problem and Shemetria (sp?) managed to find us a replacement. She had to work past closing to do it. Marcos managed to fit us into his full schedule and we had hot water for news years eve.

These folks took our problem personally or I am pretty sure we would have had cold water for the new year.
