Marco and Northstar Plumbing provided excellent service in installing my new water heater. Marco stopped by my house shortly after I called Northstar to inspect my old unit and provided a complementary quote for several replacement options. When he arrived to perform the installation, he was quick, efficient, and courteous throughout the service. I was able to concentrate on work with minimal disruption during the installation. I look forward to using Northstar for my future plumbing needs.

I am so grateful to have come across Newtech Plumbing Solutions. I don't know why there aren't more reviews on Google for this business. I needed a new water heater ASAP. They were able to come out the very next day in the time frame given to me over the phone (which was an evening, so I didn't need to miss work). The technician, John, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and got the job done in under an hour! I was previously given a quote by Parker & Sons for $2,000 to replace a 50 gallon electric water heater. Newtech Plumbing Solutions did the same job for $695! I love that they are transparent about their prices, which are displayed on their website. And that amount also included installation/removal of the old water heater, replacement of supply lines, and a new drain pan. I could not be more thrilled with the service from Newtech Plumbing Solutions. I have already told 5 coworkers this morning about my positive experience with this company. Absolutely flawless service and the best price that we found by far! We contacted several other installers for an emergency replacement of our water heater. They provided a top-end unit with larger capacity (85 gallon) at a better price than anyone we found. And they did it same-day!! Look no further, these are the guys that you want to use. Our hot water heater quit in the evening and next day we called several well known plumbing companies to get an estimate for replace and install. No one would give us an answer with out coming to the house which meant another day or 2 without hot water. We set appointments for appraisal for following day. We later ran across Newtech plumbing Web site and decided to give them a call as the Web page gave estimates on what we were looking for. They gave us estimate over phone and asked us to text picture of old water heater so they could see what was needed for installation. We were pleased with their response and set up time the next day for delivery and install. They kept us well informed through out the day on their schedule and when they would arrive. Installation went smoothly and excellent customer service. We were not charged 1 more penny than what was quoted over phone. Water heater problem solved quickly and smoothly!!

You can not get them on the phone. They tell you to call back because they are on the line but when you do its the same story.

To start off, one star is too generous of a rating. Randy came to do plumbing work at my mother's house. After walking around the toilet and inspecting the problem, he told me he had an appointment at 6:00 PM and he had to get his auger. He came to the house at 5:55 PM and left at 5:57 PM. I thought he was going to run to his truck and get the auger but never returned. What kind of plumber does not carry his tools in his vehicle? I figured he went to his 6 PM appointment and would return but to no avail. He claimed he came back and waited 10 minutes at the door but never rang the doorbell nor called. Randy was very rude to my sister who was the contact person.

Crum did the plumbing for our entire new building. They laid the water line to the new building directly on the lid of the septic tank. We didn’t find out until 3 years later when we went to have the tank pumped. We were able to get them out to reroute around the lid (still only leaving the water line 5 inches deep) and they refused to fill back in the holes left from where they had to do the repairs.

This combined with a couple other previous experiences and we would not use them again.

Edit: the owners response to this review is EXACTLY why I wouldn’t do business with them again (and why I’ve now dropped it to 1 star). Just because the electrician didn’t have to move his lines because they weren’t directly over the septic like the work you did doesn’t make it right for either of you. Also, your line laid directly on the lid. There was no dirt between it. I shouldn’t have to tell you how to do your job right. You cut a major corner and got caught. Also filling in 10 feet of trench that was left open so you didn’t have to redig it up to fix YOUR outrageous “mistake” should be a given to a stand up business. I appreciate you proving my point.

I needed a plumbing issue fixed quickly before my in-laws arrived, and Crum Plumbing delivered. He showed up promptly, handled the problem efficiently, and did an excellent job. The quality of work was top-notch, and the price was very fair. Professional, reliable, and easy to work with—highly recommend!
