3 employees at the desk 1 customer. Nobody cared enough to say hi. Just let me and my wife wonder around until I asked if they carried a certain product. She acted like I was bothering her. So we left. I’m sure someone will actually want to help us with our remodel.

I've been shopping at Standard Plumbing Supply for a few years. I'm a property management company and love the quality over Home Depot. My sales rep Sherrie is amazing, always helpful, reliable and always working during stores business hours. Recently I was told I can no longer pick up my supplies as they have relocated them to another warehouse far away from my business. I typically need supplies asap so waiting for them to be shipped from a warehouse is not an option. Hoping this change can revert back to great customer service for the customers.

I paid American Home Shield repair call cost. Had faucet and sprayer replaced. Through plumber linked to water remediation company. Plumber will handle insurance contact, big help. So far happy with service.

We recently bought a new home, and the water heater wasn’t providing any hot water. The technician, Wes, was knowledgeable about what the issue was (a rusted out heating element) and fixed it quickly. Will definitely use Drip Plumbing again for future issues.

My antique 26 year old water heater finally had enough and quit. Both Landon and Calvin were courteous and professional. I would absolutely recommend Drip Plumbing! I have hot water again! 😊

The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Had to run to the store to get the correct part, but otherwise the service was pretty quick and they did a great job.

Drip was very good at getting us squeezed into their schedule and communicating arrival times and keeping us informed. We used them via our home warranty insurance which added an extra layer of complexity but they were great to work with and we are happy to have hot water in the house once again. Posting this review requires I advise how much I paid but that is an unfair question since the heater & installation was covered under our home warranty after a $100 service call fee.

Calvin arrived well within the scheduled time window and clearly communicated his arrival ahead of time so I could plan my day more easily.
